If INEOS wanted to buy PHE, they would pay cica a 30% premium; meaning you'd get 0.0065 per share.

HW does not need a £36K / year salary to do anything. He is independently wealthy and has family money, property etc. He doesn't need money out of PHE to buy Greenhouse number 7 or 17. Only a month ago you were saying what a legend he was.

At one point a number of years ago, BW's Trust Fund was worth £25m. He is independently rich from this, property and his business own interests. He is also tax exempt due to being a resident of Israel.

You can't even get the patent information correct FFS. Test has explain here, numerous time what the patents are for and you still get it wrong.

This isn't going to 12p, Ineos turn over circa £54b a year, JR is worth circa £9b, they are not recycling for syngas but for new plastic and so on and on.

I know the Whites business interests and I know for a fact, they do not need their £2.5m from here to buy a few poxy greenhouses. If anything, they need PHE for the energy, which therefore makes it even more bizarre that they are selling out completely - if they even are, which I doubt.

Clearly AFC spotted a long time ago that what's holding back H2 adoption is the lack of a supply network.

Deals appear to be getting done on a local basis, which has massive limitations. Just more upside for AFC's cracker tech!

Something seems slightly odd, on the selling volume vs buying, but could be a recording/reporting error, or dozen other things.

There's no point continually repeating they're getting out completely, because you won't know until there's a TR1 stating at what point their holdings are.
