I crypto coin = 1oz of gold, say $1300. - There is a demand for the coin and it doubles in value to say $2600. Somnamna - hi You make a request through your broker for your nominee holdings to be converted into certificates. - It's free of charge. - The Centamin company registrar will then post your certificates to you. - You will then need to store them in a safe place. - The company registrar then communicates directly with you on all relevant matters. - For example, you can opt to have dividends paid in � sterling, which incidentally are transferred directly into your bank-account on due date.-When you come to sell the shares you will need to download a transfer-form from your broker, fill-in the appropriate details and there you have it. - With IG it costs �50 + vat to do this, not sure how much with ii. - Hope this helps.

It becomes a bit scary when a problem occurs with your broker doesn't it? - I'm trying to restrict my holdings in any one broker to the Gov. compensation limit. - it's not easy. - I converted my Centamin to certificates which I hold myself. - If there is cascading chaos resulting in Brokers getting caught-out , at least you have a fall-back position. - I firmly believe it will be put to the test.

Carzy - yes, after the announcement. - You can literally buy the share the day before cut-off, sell it the day after cut-off and you have copped the divi. (I think). - If this is not correct, hopefully a fellow-poster will inform.

One concern I have is that the SP is so exposed. - It's carrying no fat, it has no buffer to set-back news. - With half of our projected production coming from underground where there is a greater potential for production-stopping incidents, any set-back could well see the SP back into the 120's/130's. - I confess It's making me a little nervous. The current SP is just totally out of kilter in relation to the companies results. - IMO

Carzy, hi. - When the dividend is announced, a cut-off date will also be announced. - Anyone holding shares at the cut-off date will receive the dividend. - Hope this helps.
