Time flies, but it must have been 5 years ago that there was great excitement about the possibility of an endorsement for AxisBiotix-Ps from the USA NPF. The fact that the NPF do not endorse products or treatments was, of course, overlooked! Their site has a couple of AxisBiotix links, one of which is a podcast with SA. The other, a link back to the UK online shop.

The big disappointment for me here is that whilst sales of AxisBiotix have been, and continue to be slow, there appears to have been zero effort over the period to introduce AxisBiotix directly into the US market. SBTX have a deal now in place with SD so why can't something similar be done with a CVS or Walgreens?

Another disappointment resulting from me checking on the SBTX website for the correct spelling of AxisBiotix-Ps (upper case, lower case, hyphen etc etc!!) is to see what a shambolic collection of nonsense the market is now exposed to. It's the first time for a very long time that I've visited their websites and, for me, another big disappointment.

The SBTX site is, I suppose, intended to portray SBTX as the parent or holding company but let's have some content. No direct reference to products or subsidiaries. Seems to be focused on defining a range of markets by value size and CAGR. So what? What does the company actually do? Gawd knows!

Buried at the bottom of the screen are links to two sub - Axis and Dermatonics. Frankly, not much better. Check out AxisBiotix-Ps and it has been renamed SkinCalm. OK understand that, the new name which was introduced through SD. Surely though the product was specifically developed for the treatment of psoriasis yet not a mention in the blurb. Why not? It's a big enough market and what's currently available is not exactly a cure.

OK, Saturday morning rant over!! I do hope that the team that is in place once the investigation is over have got the vision and capability to energise this company and realise more of its significant potential.

Unfortunate fact for PIs, is that all resolutions will be decided/influenced by Lanstead as the largest single shareholder. Undoubtedly, Tim and director colleagues will be whispering in Lanstead ears leading up to the vote.

So what can we, as PIs, actually do? IMO, the best outcome for us is to attend the AGM in person, as you and I did last year, and ask serious questions as to why the board want these changes. It may not influence the outcome but at least we will have the story directly without relying on BB speculation.

Rachel Parsonage is now into the 4th month of her 6 month interim CEO contract but doesn't appear to have delivered.........anything!

Checking through the RNS of March 2nd announcing her appointment, it states, 'Currently, Rachel runs her own advisory consultancy, Alera Advisory'

Alera Advisory was incorporated on 28th Jan 26, she resigned from KMI Brands on 31st Jan and joined SBTX on 2nd March 26

Not much time to establish a track record!! And did she really leave a successful well established company in KMI Brands to seek new opportunities?

Having read through a couple of times, only conclusion for me is they're having a laugh!

This is a role for a full-time executive not a 12 month stop-gap. Furthermore, the marketing efforts, so far, at SBTX have been pretty dismal so with not a lot to build on the individual will struggle.

So why ask dumb questions like, ‘Anyone, any idea when trading will restart?’?

Manprit left SBTX April 2025. He was in position during SA's misdemeanours. He went on to be CFO and interim CEO at Treatt, a not insubstantial company.

Despite being slagged off repeatedly on this and other BBs, he wouldn't have landed the role at Treatt without significant due diligence so perhaps not the poor performer suggested.

So, perhaps he left under duress because he was aware that SA was up to no good but, for whatever reason, unable to lay hands on specifics.

I'm not suggesting he was involved in SA's misdemeanours as he would not have landed at Treatt or been elevated to interim CEO if any questions relating to his past

I would strongly recommend that you indulge in a strong coffee before you do any thinking in the morning or reaching for your favourite AI tool. It would help you understand what is a very logical response from Cliostock.

As Cliostock rightly says, Alyson Levett is a career NED specialising in Audit & Risk. Her future depends on what is perceived as success in any company in which she serves as NED - big or small. It is all about reputation and with that comes recommendations - positive or negative.

In the case of SBTX, yes it is a small company compared with others in her portfolio but if she fails in her role which, given the current situation at the company, is highly relevant then it would undoubtedly do damage in the future.

It gives me some confidence for the future of SBTX that somebody of her calibre has decided to remain in place after the SA revelations and ongoing investigation. She cannot afford a negative outcome

Luca & Associates is the private investment company of the Zimmers - Dr Robert and Elizabeth.

Dr Robert was founder, president and, I believe, chief scientific officer of IMM until his retirement in 2021. His holding in IMM was transferred to Luca & Associates at that point.

FYI, Dr Sylviane Muller of CNRS invented p140 and it was her relationship with the Dr Robert Zimmer that resulted in IMM taking responsibility for human clinical trials of what was then known as Lupuzor

As a LTH of many (many!) shares, I totally agree with your sentiment. However, with respect, your recent posts are factually incorrect.

The Sept 1st RNS provided patent information and no mention of commercial discussions. Move forward to the RNS Oct 10th which along with the announcement of the new website provided a market update. It states, 'our stated objective of completing a deal by the end of 2025.'

An objective is NOT a promise, far from it. You and others who persist in calling the CEO a liar, or words to that effective, should pay more attention to the wording of an RNS before dropping biased opinions onto this and others boards.

Check your facts researcher1. Opti is not rising randomly and today's rise has nothing to do with SBTX!

No direction, plan or strategy about anything pre- elections. Unlikely we'll see anything better going forward from the current occupant of No10 and given the quality of potential replacements, I can't see any change. And I include the current Health Secretary, Wes Streetling

Only two options for PIs. Sell and take the hit or hold and hope for some decision making favourable to FDBK.
