Ocean I completely agree. That is exactly what I think could happen here if the BOD are not careful. If he does sell Misguided to Shein there is nothing stopping him trying to broker a deal for BOO. Could get concerning if his holding reaches 25% plus. Sitting at 29p I can’t see much of a decent premium being offered for holders.

Shorts have thrown the kitchen sink at this! Ashley is mopping up all the undervalued retail shares right now, massive position accumulated here! Could be signs that shorts are starting to get jittery with Citadel reducing and Mike taking a large chunk last week. I’m expecting another TR-1 today or tomorrow with those trades that went through yesterday. Shorts could be playing with fire with the free float reducing and this valued lower than NAV. Good luck all holders hoping our pain is nearing an end 🤞

I believe Ashley will try and broker a deal with Shein to acquire BOO and the likes of Misguided and isawitfirst. It's apparent that Shein can produce garments by some margin the cheapest out there.
