Could this be in preparation of a takeover? CEO owns 16% so would be hard to say no at the right price.

Crazy that this is still at 0.8, when it was 0.8 last week before the last RNS confirming near terms funds of over £2.6m. Vastly undervalued. Once US stocks stabilise see this climbing back up to over 1p, where it was at the start of the week

Great news for director Nicholas Lee, who will now continue to accrue high levels interest on the loan note he now has interest in. Looks very likely the loan note will remain until end of 2026, followed by another placing likely required at a lower price (of which Nicholas Lee will be buying more shares with the interest he has earned from the loan note). Only one way this share is going.

Big dilution at 0.6 to private individual(s), including warrants. Extension of the loan note at a high interest rate, and disposal of the loan note to one of the directors (Nicholas Lee). Sounds very fishy, inside job - the loan note will be paid off as late as possible (late 2026), and further dilution to enable Lee to gain further market share. Nicholas Lee should go. Looks like this will be going below 0.5 in the not too distant future.

Nutri circle following Discount Dragon seeing great growth, up to 225k per month at present. Growth will be turbo charged when move stock to shared Huddles warehouse - this could be doubling revenues for Nutri Circle in a matter of months.

Boop Beauty at 20k revs so far, proving to be gaining fast traction due to social media sharing (much more prevalent for these higher value beauty items).

Growth is continuing at a great pace, and margins and scale of operations continuing to provide opportunities to create nice profits in the future.

Cash position looking good. Expecting an additional 400k payment early next year from VR part of company.

This will really start gaining traction as the numbers continue to increase, turning into profits. Q4 is strongest quarter and will bring record numbers.

EarlofAIM, I think you should have read the RNS (27th June 2024) to state that net interest in SVV1 is 18.9% NOT net interest in GetVisibility.

Stake in GetVisibility via SVV1 will be much lower than 18.9% due to being a part of a portfolio. Looking at RNS on 1st June 2021, total interest was 9.8%, and that was BEFORE dilution on RNS on 11th March 2022. How much more dilution will come along the way?
