Nonsense. The fundraise was as follows:
9,630,000 @ 3.6p = £346,680
40,500,000 @ 1p = £405,000
Total proceeds of £751,680.
This implies 50,130,000 shares issued at price of 1.5p.
So yes people did pay 1.5p as part of the raise.
Note the £100k raised by 10,000,000 million warrants is from an existing warrant holder who used their Notice of Exercise.
