I'm not really sure what point you're making.

High, low or somewhere in-between the targets published by brokers have zero credibility. They are riven with conflicts of interest and there is no attempt made to mitigate them.

When RBC came on board many, including me, saw it as a positive sign that a bigger broker saw potential and would be in a position to spread the word among its institutional client base. If that was the plan then that client base has shown no interest as far as we can tell, certainly not substantial interest as the notifiable holders list remains dominated by nominee companies representing us poor saps.

Peel Hunt are laughable. So whose is the detailed analysis you have posted? RBC's now outdated version?

November, not October

From the trading statement announced in October, after the year end. It's pretty inconceivable that anything material happened during the period that wasn't known at that stage. The rest is detail.

The hope is for genuine positive news before or at the IM presentation. The results, which are its principal focus, are irrelevant. We know pretty much what is in those (although clarity over any capital/rental income via Speedy would be greatly appreciated. But as we stand we do know that we have sold virtually nothing and unless that changes pretty soon we are stuffed.

Says the bloke who told us a week or so ago that he'd piled in for another 300k shares. What are they now, a third down? The potential loss is exactly the same as every other equity investment - all of it.

Where did JW say that? It seems clear that the cost of hydrogen can be competitive but that the capital cost of equipment/infrastructure is not and won't be for a considerable period unless subsidies become available.

Now, the government might introduce subsidies but they cost money - obviously. The government is not awash with money - equally obviously, so is that likely in the short term?

Proof, you utter numpty, should come in twice a year in the interim and full accounts. But hat comes with a caveat - because we have never had any clarity over the £4m 'earnings' which almost certainly involved smoke and mirrors around the Speedy relationship.

It could also, of course, come in an RNS that actually gave some details rather than vague waffle that could mean anything. You seem to have taken every piece of Bond waffle not just at face value, but at its most positive possible interpretation.

Hindsight is a great tool - we now have it and it is abundantly clear that pretty much every announcement made was, at best, waffle - yet you still put the most positive possible interpretation on it all. That's insane.

I'm afraid I take Ballard's comments re Tamgo with a spreader truck full of salt. How could it possibly be deemed to be non-price sensitive if we actually had what would be a our first real and ongoing commercial relationship. I want proof.

Of course nobody wants a share issue at these levels but if the firm's bank account is verging on empty (it isn't yet but we've no knowledge of ay material income so it will be sooner or later) then there's little alternative.

We can't borrow - we've nothing to secure a loan on which leaves private investment.

As you say, it's possible that a private investor may be sought for Hymatec. Well, at the moment AFC shareholders own 100% of that - if a private investor takes a stake then clearly we wouldn't do so any longer. THAT'S DILUTION by a different route!

As for negative 'trolls' have you spotted yet that we're at the lowest for over five years and we haven't had anything resembling positive REAL COMMERCIAL news, well.....for ever?

There is no possibility that the results will contain any surprises but there is always the possibility that something may happen between now and the presentation. One hopes so.

That's the funding we need - sales or a meaningful partnership, ideally both.
