Yes, because I can barely think of an RNS issued by AFC over the last few years that hasn't delivered exactly on schedule!

It's almost as if he 'makes stuff up' while asking others for 'evidence'. Personally I'd say Jan- Apr is early, May- August is mid, Sept- Dec is late.

if we deliver working systems to Niftylift by the end of April I'd be absolutely astonished. Because if that's realistic then it would, pretty much by definition, be a priority for the new management team - and it isn't.

CN has plenty of form for making stuff up with NiftyLift including posts which said they were DEFINITLEY using our systems - they're not, obviously - and claiming repeatedly that we knew the exact number they had ordered through misreading a presentation that mentioned them. I'd like to think that misinterpretation wasn't wilful but he does make an awful lot of stuff up.

The original RNS followed the long established AFC pattern. Loads of scope for interpretation and absolutely nothing in terms of scale or value. Still, the one man echo chamber will be along to tell us it will lead to world domination before Easter any moment now.

Nothing from ABB - you've claimed youself that the reduction from target of £6m to £4m, was because we'd failed to deliver anything to them.

Niftylift? Very unlikely as the contract was for delivery of an indeterminate number of units well after the close of the financial year.

The big (for the time being only realistic) hope is the cracker and we have no indication that generated any income last year; seems highly unlikely.

It isn't a sign of weakness, you know, to admit that not everything you have said has turned out to be 100% the case.

For the love of God, how many times do you need top be told?!. That revenue increase is not indicative of a long term trend and is open to a great deal of doubt anyway.

Two units just sounds like a trial and we've got those going.

Of course I don't know that CN, of course I don't!. But it's blindingly obvious that it isn't thousands of them because as the CEO said last week we have arrnangements in place to scale up if needed - and we haven't used them! he said that the price was an issue and that capital subsidies are needed. There's no point in you arguing about things that are quite clearly barriers to success.

We need to hear them say they will subsidise capital equipment. Without that there's no chance of the fuel cells taking off any time soon

For AFC?

Well, Friday's bounce was very welcome and pleased to see new management putting their own cash in; that's always a positive but I'm not getting excited about a 10%ish bounce from multi-year lows. That's pretty meaningless in the great scheme of things but it's certainly better than one of the all too regular 10% falls!

The presentation last week said that there were two areas of focus in the shortish term:

1. Speedy. My hopes are not high. As the CEO said last week the price of the units is significantly higher than their diesel competition and for as long as that is the case it would be desperately naive to think that sales are going to take off. That price may come down if and when things scale bit but we're in serious chicken and egg territory there so we are relying on some sort of government subsidy or government mandate for zero emission. Will a subsidy happen? I have absolutely no idea and neither does anyone else on here. The zero emission mandate is there but that cost issue is clearly significant.

And Hyamtec. There are some promising but very vague straws in the wind and we need a major partner sooner rather than later. I've no particular reason to think such a development is imminent but, my word, it would be very much appreciated!

I've written to them today asking them a number of pertinent questions about whether they have satisfactorily discharged their duties as AFC's NOMAD.

I would encourage all shareholders to do likewise.

You're right there IWTO.

As anyone with a brain knows now, Melvin, the £27m (I think it was) order book never existed in the sense that any normal person would understanding what an order book is. That was misleading, can't be any question - but it's history, and nothing is going to change that.

What I'd like to see in March is as much information as can reasonably be shared re how many orders (if any!) we have actually got and a realistic income figure - not the stupidity of the £4m which was clearly all smoke and mirrors .

It's really poor that this nonsense about posters who aren't unquestioning cheerleaders are just labelled as being agents for shorters. It is absolutely crystal clear that everyone that falls in that category have had the scales lifted from their eyes some time ago. The company has failed to deliver on every possible metric since it looked like it had moved from R&D into a commercial position and that is the reason why the share price has collapsed and why Helikon are still feeling pretty comfortable with their profitable position.

Mr . Wilson deserves a chance to turn it round but there's not the slightest doubt that he's starting from a position that is way worse than we as shareholders were led to believe.
