The case for hydrogen gets ever stronger. The case for AFC is yet to be proven. Being first mover in a niche market had obvious potential advantages, less so if huge multinationals muscle in.

It mirrors the nonsensical guff that Haggis has been propounding about a bull market in the FTSE 100 somehow having a knock on effect for AFC. The FTSE 100 has indeed risen quite strongly so far this year but...

Assuming you mean wide rather than weird, but who knows, the reason that he spread is so wide is that market makers are not remotely interested in being landed with big positions. That is not a positive.

I have a very small holding in an absolutely bombed out share which makes the AFC price chart look like a roaring success. They have an investor meets later this week and have pulled out some news since announcing the meeting which has seen the price rise by over 40% .

Problem being of course, as it would be for AFC shareholders, is that 40% of sod all isn't very much. But it would be a start.

We cling to straws, Daz. Unless ABB have completely exited stage left then we need to hope/believe that they'll take one...and then some

There are two ways of looking at it. Yes, an ISO is an important validation but a CE mark for a product that has a customer waiting for it comes close to guaranteeing a sale. And boy, do we need a sale!

The CE mark was expected last year.

So it's just for internal business practices. It's a positive but only a REAL positive if potential customers insist on seeing this accreditation before placing orders. I guess that's possible.

Quite right Daz. Although it's pretty irrelevant to us whether Tamgo are leasing them out or just lending them out for trials/ as neither would bring anything extra for us. The only thing that will in that scenario is that those customers trialling them are impressed enough to place order , presumably for leases via Tamgo.

As for making stuff up CN. let's go back to your regular insistence that Niftylift had ordered 156 units -we have no idea how many. And your again utterly debunked statement that they were DEFINITELY using our fuel cells now. Both not true, and weirdly you've gone completely silent on both claims.

Where did I say 'leased' CN? What I/'m trying to explain to you is that while it appears to be good news that Tamgo have bought some units it will be irrelevant for the long term if the trial that their customers appear to be invovled in don't result in orders. What part of that can you possibly disagree with?

I pointed out that we have had trials with multiple very large UK construction companies and that to the best of out knowledge none have resulted in orders. Again, that's just saying it as it is, twisting absolutely nothing.

It really isn't CN. Posting links to anything involving involving hydrogen is not especially useful. And I still don't understand why when valid points are put to you, you just go off on one as if you are infallible and everyone else has an agenda. We don't. We want to see the company do well and see it's share price rise from it's five year low!

Here's some examples:

You said that Niftylift were definitely using our fuel cells but it was pointed out to you by several people that just wasn't true. No response from you at all.

And only yesterday you were adamant that the possibility of Tamgo having taken a few to trial with customers was material but it's very obvious that trials are just that - far from guarantees of huge business.

These are things that could generate useful , interesting debate and add to knowledge but your default option of shouting everyone down and accusing them off being shorters is spectacularly unhelpful to any form of debate.

The trial with Acciona should come to an end in the next few weeks, possibly before the IM session on 6 Feb.

We have to hope that AFC break the habits of their lifetime and come up with the first announcement that confirms an actual commercial order with enough details of scale to enable investors and analysts to conclude that it is meaningful for the present and the future.

This is very different to Tamgo. Acciona are a construction company buying and using them (that's a hopeful plural). Tamgo is trialling them (same applies) to potential customers. So it appears that Acciona is further down the line

Again, a good spot.
