I wasn’t trying to uncover deceit, actually just offering a chance to put forward the truth. Not too bothered either way, but the truth should be allowed out.
More worrying is that our posts are clearly being reviewed on here and removed within minutes if deemed in any way controversial. Mad, especially as my post wasn’t controversial in any way....

See the thought police are out again, removing perfectly polite and valid posts. Just seeking clarity.

The e-mail was genuine. The only time I got a response from him, subsequent e-mails just get auto-response. I’ve no way to prove authenticity, other than if was trying to mislead the BB I think I might have been a bit more imaginative with the content!! Huge missed opportunity for scandal.....
Think Porky received something similar that weekend too, bit of a coincidence.......unless Porky and I are one and the same - now that would be interesting!!
Life’s too short for crap like that, so just believe whatever makes you happy, it all really doesn’t matter.....

A fair response and I respect your comments - and that you saw fit to apologise to Orien.
My opinion will never be exactly the same as others, but I’ll always try to respect theirs if they respect mine. We’ve all been wildly wrong with NCYT previously, so we should all try to look at any potential outcomes with an open mind. That said, I have no time for aggressive negativity. Not sure if there is such a thing as aggressive positivity, but it’s just the same force applied in an opposite direction - just more palatable because it backs up what most want to hear. All I was pointing out is that this can prove equally costly to the inexperienced.
Anyway, let’s all keep debating respectfully and hope that we see the upturn that the vast majority on here want to see......I personally see it building prior to results, with a big uptick driven by great numbers. My thoughts remain very optimistic, but advise all to DYOR!!

Starting to see more scientists urging caution and promoting a test heavy near future. Sentiment in the UK heavily influenced by a successful vaccine rollout, but the world as a whole is still a mess. Once it starts re-connecting physically, the ongoing demand for high quality testing will be huge.

Think it’s becoming increasingly clear (this week’s RNS etc) that the dispute has been resolved, this should trigger a bullish run when they’re allowed to announce as much.

Some interesting viewpoints being shared yesterday. The more I hear about this Indian variant (and others), the more I believe that international border lockdowns are a must. Then an internationally agreed and implemented plan to attack the worst hit areas. This is a global problem and requires a truly global response.
As for NCYT stock (a side show when you look at the BIG picture that affects us all), I do believe it will recover well over time. I base this on the fact that Covid is quite clearly here to stay and every genuinely useful tool available will be needed to beat it on a global level. NCYT clearly falls into that catagory.

Spoke with him again this morning and his stance was ‘why am I being so negative, Covid is beaten and it’s just a matter of monitoring now!!!!!’
OMG, this is the attitude that HMG have cultivated. Frightening.

Spoke with my brother in law in London yesterday. He was hailing the fact that they had access to free LFTs and that people were using them like morning after alcohol breath tests - if clear then your free to drive! Although an intelligent chap and fully aware of their poor sensitivity, he suggested that a clear test gave him the moral and medical OK to carry on without fear. It’s scary, these things are giving people a perceived ticket to ‘freedom’. This could end very badly if people’s behaviours are being driven by the shockingly poor accuracy of this Chinese manufactured crap. At the same time, in the same city, we’re seeing expensive surge testing being carried out to try and clamp down on dangerous VOCs. We’re only. a mutation or two away from a disaster here. Shameful.

A sensible viewpoint from within the travel industry, now there’s a novelty! HMG steering thought towards LFTs being acceptable for international travel, but anyone with half a brain can see they are not. We, as a stand alone country and an important travel hub, MUST safeguard our borders against the spread of VOCs. To do anything else would be a criminal waste of time and a very dangerous false economy. This guy’s message needs to be heard to counter these I’ll thought out briefings from within HMG.
