Only takes a minute.No point in moaning about trolls if we’re not willing to invest one minute. They add nothing to any genuine discussion, be that positive or negative.

Guys, quite a few disruptive rants from a brand new (replacement?) poster. Clear agenda. Regardless of whether your strongly positive, or genuinely sceptical, it adds nothing to the board. Let’s try and nip it in the bud and ALL take one minute to REPORT them. If we show a united front, we might get LSE to act.

Definitely the way I’m reading it. JVP wouldn’t have agreed ‘going through commercial terms’ release if they weren’t confident it was going to happen, they’ve kept too tight a rein on info thus far.
BOPD disappointing, but reasons are known. Very confident that something big is about to happen, probably a suspension in trading will be put in place when it’s announced, if as big as I’m hoping.

Totally agree Tiburn. Credit where it’s due though, this is a far more sophisticated and subtle attempt to play down potential than we’ve seen previously.

As I hinted at in a post yesterday, this RNS is much healthier than some had been forecasting. Small movement in date suggests imminent news to me - and that’s what I’ve been hearing….

‘Our principal stakeholders are working together with the Company’, as I mentioned previously, now public. They were at each other’s throats through early February. Not any longer.
Might be short of cash temporarily, but AM now has the money men on his side and working together and cutting him a lot of slack. Have you worked out why?

The financial ‘fix’ will be gas more palatable than some are suggesting. SL and cornerstone BH now working together, rather than against each other.
SP is still an absolute joke, but circumstances are about to alter significantly.

It was from an interested party, that’s all I can say. Could answer that question with any lie I wanted, so irrelevant when it comes to it. Nothing to gain at this stage by lying, too late for that.

I’m being told they CANNOT communicate, not that they will not. My belief is that this is still very much alive and will be concluded imminently.
Knowing what we all know/believe, any holders now have a clear choice.

SL and Cornerstone BH, after an initial disagreement and stand off, now working together to deliver common goal. COPL going under not beneficial to any of the interested parties - far simpler, quicker and more profitable to seek compromises and work together. That is current state of play.
I have no further detail to share beyond this.

They are now, but just a few weeks ago they were participating in a Mexican stand-off. Sometimes compromises have to be made in order to get something over the line. We saw the first of those compromises with the waiver.
