Lindy says Scib2 has the potential to attack other internal organs cancers, hence it has the potential for several deals. Modi1 has the potential to treat 17 cancers so again the potential again for multiple deals. Then we have ModI2 to come with Lindy's AGM comment that between them Modi1 and Modi2 have potential to zap most cancers.
If the trials work, the potential is enormous and the upfront money from deals could fund many trials. The revenue spirals as do the values of future deals.

It has relevance in nano particle delivery as well. Nano particles that are hydrophobic are more likely to aggregate making it more unlikely that the nano particles reach their intended target.

Manufacturing is so important since you simply cannot run a trial without it. I am sure it is one of the major reasons for trial delays.

Well we can't our very own Living Doll solving manufacturing problems. She has better things to do like progressing Modi2 at present. So we have hired somebody who can advise and help the manufacturer to hopefully get it right first time in future.

2025 for a valuation of scib1? Does this mean that you think that Scancell will be running a p3 trial and then going on to approval, large scale manufacturing and marketing? They have never said this to my knowledge.
IMO much more likely is a deal after a successful combo trial.

So the market reaction to Scib1 passing it's shelf life was stupid. Now, the fact that a good percentage of patients remained disease free after Scib1 doses stopped, now that is significant IMO. But the market didn't react to that LOL

I agree crumbs, the Vulpes investment has no bearing on the timing of a possible Biontech deal. They have conducted due diligence on Scancell, they like what what they see, so they have invested at a very advantageous price.
We also IMO should not get hung up on the scientific collaboration ending in June. Scancell have not announced this and I'm not sure where this came from. When high calibre scientists are investigating cutting edge science like moditope there is no telling how long it will take. They will no doubt be following avenues not envisaged at the start of the work.
IMO, the longer it goes on, the more promising it is.

IMO CH thinks that Scancell's platforms will be worth a helluva lot more with clinical data behind them.
The latest Merck deal is interesting in that they are hoping the pre clinical product will work well with Keytruda. Essentially the product is another defensive product in that it blocks off something different to Keytruda. The hope is that the combination will give the immune system an even better chance to work than by using Keytruda alone.
Now immunobody is essentially an attacker in that it's aim is to create a powerful TCell attack on the tumour. An attack that is aimed at being a lot better than an attack by the immune system without immunobody.
It may be that Merck would prefer to buy an attacker rather than another defender but they just haven't found one ...... Yet

From memory I think inan calculated the tax refund to be added to cash at the start of the year as somewhere around 2 million. How it is calculated, I have no idea.

Of the 4 patients who had disease reoccurrence and are still alive, 3 have had CI treatment. I just wonder if the continued survival of these 3 patients is in part due to the memory Tcells from the SCIB1 dosing.

With hindsight Scancell may have investigated nano delivery for SCIB1 earlier. Now, a parallel trial with nano delivery makes little sense IMO.
Best to stick to the same method of delivery used to give the SCIB1 data already accumulated. Then we are comparing apples to apples + oranges (Keytruda). In the longer term nano delivery could well replace Ichor. CH said that nano delivery is expected to be an improvement (or words to that effect) but it still hasn't been proven in a clinical trial. On balance better to stick to the devil you know at this stage.

The improvements I listed are no doubt for the future, but they are examples of how Lindy and her team are constantly looking to improve aspects of the science. Sometimes this is by using recent advances made by other companies.
It is science that does not stand still.

I reckon this is one of 3 possible improvements to Scib1 efficacy.
1) this oncimmune product will help in the selection of patients most likely to benefit.
2) then we have scib1 plus that Scancell have already told us about. This broadens the HLA types eligible for inclusion and approximately doubling the percentage of patients that qualify.
3) then use of nano particles similar to the ones to be used for Scib2 could improve delivery to the target APCs

Then there is possibly a 4th improvement by using amplivant or something similar to increase the avidity and activation of the Tcells that the APCs activate. This has not been talked about, but given Scancell's collaboration with ISA it may be on the cards.
