"We'd better get our skates on and get that TCR deal finalised before first data is available from that trial"
The price may go up with early positive trial data and the positive data may also persuade other companies to make a move.
Really nothing has changed apart from trial delays.

The timescales in the TD report refer to rNPV of an approved product. Very little to do with deals that may take place based on positive phase 1/2 results.

If you look at this spreadsheet and its complexity, it indicates to me that the authors of this article have made a science of the calculations.

Do we as investors want to go to this level of complexity?
I would suggest that all we need to know is that we are looking at science that is worth pounds rather than pence.

Well with 37 citrullinated targets and 17 cancers that can be targets it must be quite a job to find the best permuations for the first Moditope trial.

At this late stage it would be unwise to change the Modi1 vaccine, but they must be working all the time on testing Modi1 against the 17 cancers so far identified.

Hence "head and neck" makes a late entry into the charts (a bit like the Beatles releasing a new single).

Well "head and neck" was going to be one of Modi3's target.

My guess would be that Lindy's team did some preliminary work on Modi3 targets and they found in this process that "head and neck" was a better target than sarcoma for Modi1.

I always thought the assigning of a 20% chance of success for the SCIB1 combo trial a bit strange.

They assign 10% to the SCIB2 combo and the Modi1 trial presumably using industry averages.

How have they done the calculation for the SCIB1 combo trial?
10% + 10% does not make sense to me!
Both products have been proved to work so how can you assign a chance of success for the combo working together with efficacy better than either in isolation?

IMO you cannot do this without diving into the science of the 2 products and theorising how they will work together.
Then you make a guess based on facts.

I doubt whether Lindy only gives it a 1 in 5 chance.
