It's a good question Chester. We have seen the steps in the process in a number of Scancell presentation slides but none of these slides, as I recollect, show where Scancell's work ends and Biontech's begins. I must admit that I didn't think that creating the viral vector was Scancell's job but this may be the dividing line. It is obviously this is where they had the HSE issues IMO. I would guess that once these vectors are produced then BionTech just process them with their existing TCR processes, so hopefully this is a quick process that they have done many times. Then they just have to check that they have ended up with a pile of activated CD4 Tcells for the modi1 targets.At least I hope this is the case.
