For me the big disappointment is that the manufacture of Modi1 is still not complete.
2 out of 3 conjugates are now manufactured but the 3rd has technical difficulties still being addressed.
It was stated at the AGM that each conjugate presented different challenges.
So, progress is being made but it is painfully slow.

As crumbs pointed out, it is interesting that there are now 4 cancers targeted for Modi1.

Remember this is Nottingham Uni and not Scancell.
But also remember that Gylcans Mabs were also first developed at Nottingham Uni.

This guy (Dr Hull) was the subject of a Daily Mail article that was posted here.
Somebody wondered if Nottingham Uni were involved in this project and now we know the answer.

So, it looks like Nottingham are working on a possible vaccine or Mab to target particular protein epitopes. Sounds familiar.

This is the proactive page. SCIB1 timetable way out of date, but the Modi1 timetable still feasible hopefully.

According to the proactive slide posted yesterday, the dosing level data is to be released early next year. This assumes that the trial starts q1 this year.
Let's see if we have an update on this in the interims.

Suggesting a 10 fold increase in the SP without any figures to back it up is just a ramp.
Especially since we have excellent posters here who back up their predictions with projections for each of JLP's projects.

This looks incorrect to me since the discussions, if any are taking place, are between Ichor and the FDA. This is what we were led to believe in Sally's presentation at the AGM.

Also the timeline on the SCIB1 combo trial is out-of-date with the first patient not yet recruited.

Let's hope the Modi1 timeline is correct.

The other point I would make is that if a backside becomes a black hole then that individual is in serious trouble.

Just a point on the science.
I don't believe that there is any light source deep in the recesses of a backside so the possibility of light escape is irrelevant.
Apart from that, it is a great analogy.
