RE: New Immunobody Patent19 Jan 2021 19:49
With Lindy and patents, you have to wait to get more details. "Immunotherapy" doesn't give much of a clue. There is so much research going on.
She also said that the Immunobody patent will change (or a new patent) for the inclusion of Avidimab.
It will also be interesting to see if a separate patent is issued for the delivery peptides. I believe the Nottingham School of Pharmacy (or maybe Nottingham Uni) own the IP for the delivery method. However, as we know, an Immunobody vaccine requires to enter soft muscle cells and also APCs so the actual combination of peptides used for this may require a patent, who knows?
I can't see any patents specific to Covidity itself since
a) the revised Immunobody patent will cover Covidity and all future Immunobody vaccines (including SCIB2) for the Avidimab inclusion
b) the delivery peptides should be common to all Immunobody vaccines
c) I can't see any of the Covidity targets being patented since there is so much research on Covid19 targets in the public domain but again who knows?
