I reckon the 2 situations (1st and 2nd gen vaccines) are different.
For the 1st gen vaccines, speed is the top priority.
For the 2nd gen vaccines, if you don't bring something extra then it's probably not worth doing.
Scancell are banking on targeting both S and N proteins and also with the emphasis on T Cells of high avidity.

Yes, the MMs will know but what I was getting at was that we need not get frustrated about not knowing.
We know there is a new II investor and no doubt more to come.
In the meantime we can debate what we know about the current projects and speculate on future projects.

Maybe the 2 IIs have agreed with Leon not to reveal their identities until the 2 IIs have picked up their target number of shares at these levels. That would be more difficult if everybody knows who they are.

JLP have already shown what they can do with chrome and PGMs.
They now have a proven copper process and look like repeating the chrome/PGM success. Leon also now talks about "copper and cobalt". Let's wait and see how big a bonus cobalt is. But the signs are that the copper/cobalt project is going to go from strength to strength just like the chrome/PGMs project and is projected to be bigger in size. This is at a time when both Copper and cobalt demand is increasing and supply is struggling to keep up.

For people new to Scancell Lindy's talk is about Modi1 which should now be ready for its first clinical trial on 4 hard to treat cancers. Let's hope that trial gets going in 2021 because it could be pivotal.

Imagine the interest this would create if it creates a similar response in humans. No guarantee of course, but this trial has 4 shots on goal.
The 3 epitopes that Lindy is targeting have already been shown to exist in humans.

To me short term SP movements don't matter.
What matters is the work that is going on to expand the chrome/PGM operations and the start of the copper operations with project Roan.

I imagine we may get a few news items like that in coming weeks.

You certainly need patience as a Scancell shareholder.
The best case scenario is that we get 3 trials underway this year. I am hoping that will still happen but of course with the cancer trials it depends on whether the vaccines make this possible.

The other thing to look out for is progress in creating more value on the glycan mabs and avidimab. I don't suppose we will get any clues on this until Lindy is happy that she has enough evidence to allow deal negotiations to recommence.

So, in the meantime enjoy the football. We have a hard match against Villa first then we take Chelsea on.

I get the impression that it is difficult to extract zinc from willemite ore, so perhaps Leon and his crew have found an efficient way of doing this.

So presumably ramping up to 8,000 tons of zinc a year starting at say the end of this financial year.
We await more details and in particular the processing costs.

Yes, a considerable amount of zinc but probably not in the same league as copper.

Didn't Leon say that the zinc circuit would be complete in the next half year? He did mention zinc in the last presentation.
If this is the case, we should soon have yet another stream of income but realistically starting in the next financial year.

The figure of 8000 tons per month, I assume that is tons of tailings and not actual metal.

Zambia is not one of the main zinc producers in the world.
To me, it is more important in this case, to have a proven process that you can apply to a country where zinc tailings are plentiful.
