If the success of this project was purely down to his efforts driving Red Leaf forward, it would be more of a concern as it is, in the main he is a bystander just like us, but it does make you wonder why Tom Co being his only directorship, why he doesn't have more skin in game. Perhaps some who have met him at presentations or agms, could answer this because I am sure it's a question he must of been asked many times. I like a good conspiracy theory, and him having little to gain in Tom Co's success just adds to it, if he has no belief why should anybody else?

But more to the point I think that the people in the know knew what would happen with a raising at such a discounted rate. The reason to strike fear into the pi and force a sell, only for the people in the know to hoover up the sells, thank you very much and force the pi's out the picture thinking this is dead duck of an investment when it is anything but. Plus it will all be done very efficiently keeping the sp low while this achieved. Of course this is only my opinion and I might be well wide of the mark.

Acta don't have a products that might work, they have ones that do work proven in the customers own backyard on more than one occasion, they can do no more, it's now down to the tele comps to show some faith and spend the money. Watch the trades at some point the orders will come, so not good if you have been in for sharp decline in sp, but there is certainly a opportunity for newbies who have it on a watch list, good luck with your investments.

I can't believe that the bod did not know what a placing at 0.5p would do to the share price when Tom has been trading quite steadily at approx 1.2p. I have seen it so often of late that the sp drops to the subscription price and below, and it makes me wonder why one million raised is not life changing for Tom. Nothing fundamentally has changed here except my confidence in the bod, I feel gutted for some of the long termers who have been shafted here not by events out of the company's control but by the action of the company itself when interest in eco shale is only going to increase as Red Leaf get closer and closer to production. Thought I would cut and paste off the Red Leaf web site a reminder, the pilot process did work as per design. Early years at Red Leaf were spent developing the EcoShale technology, patenting our IP, and proving our process in a series of computer models, simulators, and ultimately, laboratory bench tests. The technology graduated from simulators and bench tests to a large field pilot in 2008. After assessing the surface mineable portions of the Utah leases, Seep Ridge was chosen to construct a field pilot and exhibit the proprietary process on a much larger scale. Design was finalized and construction commenced on the field pilot in the spring of 2008. Construction continued through the summer and into fall, coming to completion in September. October was spent testing and debugging the safety procedures at the site, field pilot capsule construction, and the Siemens refinery control system. Confident that the capsule was constructed well and ready to fire, the burners began applying heat at the first of November. Heating continued through the months of November, December and January, concluding early February. The field pilot was operated successfully. The predicted levels of prompt oil and condensate were produced from the oil shale in the capsule, and the heating dynamics tracked company expectations from the process simulator. The remainder of 2009 was spent doing post-operations analysis on the field pilot and also testing the produced oil. Good Luck to all with your investments

Yes I know, I looked through the old RNS's to see if there is any logical reason why orders might not be taken up. The only other thing that comes to mind is that backup power for the tele comps is not a pressing issue, their existing systems function, and they are not interested in large-scale revamps due to cost. So only new installations or older systems that require maintenance can be justifiably updated, so that would put us on the back burner. My instinct is telling me the product is good but Acta have no control whether it will adopted, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink comes to mind. Hoping some large order surfaces, Acta has made good process over last 12 months articles published in world respected journals, agreement partnerships, New products, successfully concluded trials on clients sites and raised finance (but at to low a price) and ready for increased productivity, the stage is set, now it's down to tele.comps. to spend some cash.

e next stage of adoption in each case is expected to be the inclusion of the Acta Power in the customer's catalogue of approved products, allowing local managers to specify the system for larger projects and installations, and the negotiation of larger network evaluations of the system, which are typically of 50 to 150 units per customer network with up to 50 units in the first call-down. Acta is now engaged in such negotiations with multiple mobile operators, and while this stage of the process is taking longer than had initially been expected, in some cases this is due to the need to approve the product on a global basis, rather than a local country basis.

Acta have done all they have been asked to do by their customers to prove their products for trial after trial, and time after time they have been successful, I read quite often it's sales team, but I am not so sure, the industry know that the product is out there but they seem reluctant to buy. Also I couldn't get my head round why, when they raised new funds they did at 3p when acta was trading at over 4p a give away, the share price was always going to drop without orders, even more so when funds are raised well below the going rate. If they do have orders on the horizon surely they could of raised their funding at higher price because the subscribers would of jumped at the chance which suggests to me that there are no large orders looming, so at the moment it looks like drifting lower, but I live in hope.

There is no reason to buy, nothing has changed, nothing from agta to say things are moving rapidly just slow steady progress, the cattle still breeding and grazing, shops still trading, the cocoa still growing along with the maize, still can't control the weather. So at this rate of decline it's death by a thousand cuts, although I hate to say it sub 1p bide your time and wait.

It's nice to see pg adding again, he's in for a lot more than me, I would be worried if he was downsizing.

All I can see is steady progression, if the political scene stays stable i can't see why this progression will not continue slowly but surely towards profitability. Sure the sp is not reflecting agta true value right now, and there is a case of it not being a fashionable share due to a lack of news, and investors personnel view about how quick or not the time scale to a profitable business should be. If the next news update is positive all this could change in an instant, at its current price you can't complain about value. imo this is a longer term investment and patience is required.

Also see this as a positive, these guys would certainly not walk of their own accord, so to my mind they have been pushed. The start of new era, Athena should see it's maintenance this month, then it's a case of watch this space, onwards and upwards.

When I read sym's rns I think another major landmark breakthrough is just round the corner but we never quite get there, but so much promise it's there for all to see.

Trap announced today that the BoD are going to use the void in the sp from 50p-9p to store co2 the co2 will be pumped via hot air from the board. Experts say there will be no chance of escape once inside the void. Shareholders are said to be delighted by this unexpected but welcome revenue stream, and dividend payments are expected later in the year.......I wish.
