Excellent update today confirmation of being debt free, divi declared and mention of a special in Q1, with a healthy cash balance, pre tax profit $11.8m.
On the downside AISC increased to $743 for gold production due to lower production which is expected to significantly improve in H2.
Mine life to at least 2024 with new JORC due shortly, nice to see the market respond accordingly.

Solid update from FCRM today while still mindful of the wider situation, back to pre covid levels of business with the order book looking healthy, no wonder Bayford keep increasing their stake.

Taken a small stake here recently, all the other Goldie's seemed to have bolted but not AAZ just the opposite, looked at the cash position no debt, pays a divi, and the cash pile will increase with gold at today's prices.

The above figures say it all, no commitment on the dividend which in my view is wise, very well run company who know what they doing.

The dredge and the WCP are to be moved in two stages. The first stage involves the movement of the dredge, this is now underway and expected to be completed this week. Once the dredge has been relocated to Pilivili, the SPMTs will return to Namalope to transport the WCP along the same route. The physical relocation is expected to be completed in the next few weeks.

Quick glance through the results suggests all is going to plan, revenue's slightly down but cash equivalents up, and no right downs so posting a profit, several new contracts signed.
No major breakthrough news with approval of generic Advair® programme (VR315 (US)), partnered with Hikma, in H2 2020 still in waiting, and the GSK issue still to be fully resolved, both of these issues will be positive if they go VECs way.

Very well put, I don't think you've missed anything its an enigma, we will just have to wait not very long till the next update and watch the reaction.
Another thing to note is the Indian stock market crashed heavily, but has rebounded strongly and is at pre covid levels which is a good sign as they try to open up the economy again which in turn is good for OPG.

With late reporting of the 200k trade listed as sell at the time quoted it would of been a buy, so I expect an RNS to follow with Bayford the favorites to of raised their stake in FCRM. Is this going to be the start of the long expected play for company? its beginning to look like a battle if it turns out to be another suitor.

Six 10k buys and one 50k somebody is accumalating and very nice to see some sp movement north, all on the back of no news in the open domain, hopefully all parts of the business are consolidating with good news imminent.

Disappointed to see this trend down when £20k buys v £159 sell, OPG are in good position, buyers for all the energy it can generate in a energy hungry country trying to play catch up with us in the West, who take electricity for granted. Demand in India is only going to increase along with its population, and at these low levels it's no wonder we have a vulture trying to pick us off cheaply.

Not long to wait now, inclusion into FTSE 250, sp steady the market is giving us the impression that all is as should be.
Hopefully management can drop us some good unexpected news regarding GSK, confirm cash generation has continued resulting in an increase in cash, plus all areas of the business are looking promising, perhaps news of more collaboration ventures with others HIK, opportunities galore which VEC are being asked to partner with others, well we can hope.
