The way the economy is grinding to a halt under government restrictions the news today regarding the domestic asset sales makes pleasing reading knowing that FCRM is very well cash supported, with the bonus of extra cash milestones detailed in today's RNS.

Reflecting the achievement of this milestone, the total gross consideration receivable by Fulcrum is now expected to increase by c.£1 million to c.£49 million. £17.4 million has been received to-date and, as noted above, £4.4 million will be received on 30 November 2020, leaving approximately £27 million to be received over the next five years. The arrangement with ESP includes further milestone targets which, if achieved, would trigger additional enhanced payments of up to £4 million over the remaining term of the contract.

This is not a straight forward case of liberating land that once belonged to Azerbaijan due to this area only being grouped with Azerbaijan under the former Soviet Union, unless there is some agreement between Nagorno-karabak and Azerbaijan this area could see disruption long after this current conflict as come an end.

This was a big ask and they have delivered within budget and in record time, great to overachieve when realistic expectations were something somewhere will not go as planned.

What a week markets generally down, no news sp moves from low nineties to £1.12 on no news, if ever there was an example of trust your research and just look at the facts and not the sp then this is it.

Nice to see FXPO finishing the week strongly after what's been in the main a downer for the markets, breaking the £1.80's again is an indication of the quality here.

Yes your right about age has its requirements with cash being one amongst many health being the most important, if FCRM keeps going the way it has of late the cash side of things will be a little easier.

Excellent results just confirmation of what we already know, and under normal circumstances shows what highly cash generating business this is, they are focusing on debt repayment with the highlights being.

Revenue up 9.5% to £154.0 million from £140.6 million in FY19

· Total generation (including deemed) of 2.72 billion units (2.71 billion units in FY19)

· Adjusted EBITDA of £31.2 million (20.3% margin) compared with £35.3 million (25.1% margin) in FY19

· Profit before tax from continued operations was £14.5 million compared with £16.9 million in FY19

· Term loans principal debt repayment £18.0 million

· Borrowings reduced with gross debt of £56.8 million*, compared to £80.4 million at 31 March 2019

Upto the beginning of October makes even better reading.
· At 30 September 2020 the Company's gross debt amounted to £43.8 million, comprised of £21.0 million of NCDs, £21.5 million of existing term loans, with scheduled repayments spread from June 2022 to June 2024, and working capital loans of £1.3 million.

However this news is tempered by the load factors being significantly down until
September were they bounced back up to 63% normally 79%, hopefully it will increase month on month from here.

From your post regarding gas prices in June and the sp then and the prices being realised now would suggest a buying opportunity with the sp kicking around under 100p now, the market will wake up to what cash generating machine SQZ is when the next figures are announced, as you say 80% of revenue comes from gas.

I am in CAML so was checking copper prices new high today, along with all the other commodity prices which are all stated in US$ on my goto site the ref gas prices may refer to the US, but I thought its interesting to note the trend.
I do hold here based on balance sheet strength that is my main focus, not what revenue might be if they pull off a deal, and their cash generation prospects near term.

Natural gas continued trending higher this week, with November futures poised to break the $3.00/MMBtu level supported by the coming winter demand. Riding on this positive momentum, the natural gas futures reached a 20-month high of $2.96/MMBtu on October 12, more than doubling its value from an over 25-year low touched in June.
Today's price is over $3, the more than doubling in price since the June low is a telling statement.

Copper trading at a new high today and within distance of reaching the highs of three or so years ago if this surge in price continues.

Look around, if your in airlines, travel, cruises, retail, pubs etc can it be guaranteed any of these companies will be around when this mess is over?
They are taking debt on to survive, and most likely a fair percentage will fail even if it's years later due to the debt, shareholders wiped out only for the business to bought from the administrator's and start again aka Flybe yesterday.
Gas is a favoured fuel in this political carbon neutral madness scheme, it's a tax forget the bs about climate, SQZ 80% gas.
SQZ has no money worries gas will be in demand the fiasco from the national grid the other day proved that ......we can't guarantee there won't be possible power outages no wind, not enough sun light, all the coal plants moth balled or demolished for political reasons.
For whatsoever reason the market is not recognising the value here but at some point sentiment will change.

Any weakness in the sp in a buying opportunity, all our metal prices have rebounded well with copper hitting a new high today, CAML has been profitable in a low price environment which now seems to have passed, H2 will record bumper free cash flow which when the divi is reinstated will give a good return.
Net net debt was $58m with $44m of cash in June, since then debt will have gone down while the cash balance will have gone up.
The money borrowed to buy the Sasa mine is within touching distance of being repaid, with infrastructure worldwide high on the list of priorities CAMLs metals are going to be in high demand being a low cost producer profits are only going in one direction.
