So the offer would have to be substantial and personally no matter what the offer I hope the recommendation is to reject the offer.

With silver at record highs the mine itself is a quality asset with it's resources and grades I am of the persuasion the share price is a reflection of the current situation no financial worries with a strong balance sheet recent raises as a safe guard against unforeseen or problematic issues slowing production ramp up which according to recent commentary are behind us the company looks to be in a very good position.

Nice upbeat interview about the future outlook and operations regarding the favourable position Sepl finds it's self in after the acquisition, nothing new but it's good to see it in print and being reported.

Hopefully the bid will be rejected if they get round to making one, the outlook for silver is is gaining momentum every day after years of being in the doldrums with some mines I used follow being sold off by parent companies for being loss making how things change, we have a state of the art mine ramping up to optimal production levels after all the difficulties of permitting and building the mine overcoming the slow progression due to more supports being required it would be a shame to sell out now unless the offer was to good to refuse.

Excellent set of results today with Alberto's comments very bullish going forwards sets a tone of optimism for the rest of the year, mine seems to be working efficiently with very little down down time with good throughput, what a difference when they mine ore of higher grade may that continue, nice to see the positive cash build looking forward to their presentation.

Pleased they have finally done a deal if it takes three years to build and then some additional time to ramp up production they could probably maintain current production in Kaz before the inevitable decline in the dumps restricts output, this has been a long time.

Hardly surprising with hindsight, Adriatic ironing out production issues to get to full production speculation that silver is about to pop to follow gold, the asset is quality so not your run of the mill mine this might force out other interested parties now all the hard yards to get to this position have been covered.

It has been a bit of a bumpy ride ever since they announced the prospectus regarding the acquisition and the production figures bearing in mind the wells had received little to zero investment over a considerable period of time, then the twiterrati came out in force to derate deal and accusations of a really poor deal suggesting management had overpaid, this is a lovely day for the faithful who have never doubted Roger has his screwed on and knows a great deal when he sees one, the transformation of Sepl is well under way as these latest production figures prove not to mention the successful production from the newly commissioned plant, this is just the start not the end of Seplats transformation.
