As you know I've never made any prediction on price, but if we get an RNS to say the trial is under way then we could see a bonkers number of trades like we did on Monday, only more so, but possibly without the retrace at the end of it. Personally I can't see all this publicity not heralding some major step up in the near future - 'within weeks', to quote a reliable source.

One million in the first hour, two million in the following 50 minutes. Somehow I think it unlikely that it will continue at this rate through the whole of the day, but entertaining to observe.

It is measured and factual. It could be phrased as a soundbite to create a headline, but isn't, so to me is more interesting than an attention grabbing 'this will conquer coronavirus' line.

If it isn't left wing and pro-EU then the BBC will do their utmost to ignore it, so any mention however indirect is an achievement.

At 1:01 into the clip the reporter says 'Clinical Trials are due to start within weeks, and they're welcomed by independent scientists.'

An RNS says 'as soon as possible' - no correction of 'within weeks' yet it acknowledges the press feature, which included an interview with Lindy Durrant. So this is 'tripping themselves up here by raising expectations of a start date' is it? Then again, typical comment from the Vicar of Bray.

C7 said a few days ago he's off to hospital this morning to be probed or some similar activity. Presumably with luck he'll be back later.

I recall a promise from Knowlesi when he said 'Next stop 20p - I'll even do a little dance at the next AGM with inanaco if we break that.' Now it was a while ago so he was as ever wrong in his prediction, but that's one AGM I'll be sure to attend. Maybe it is fear of being taken up on this that makes him try to deramp, lie and cheat the share price down.
