Except it's only about 14 million to one against winning the jackpot, so probably better odds buying lottery tickets than VAL shares I'd say.

True, the old board had a CSO called Suzy Dilly. I wondered what happened to her when Morris and Satu left. And of course they had useless compounds like 201, 301, 401, Oncolytix and the like. All history indeed. 'Not even Valirx'!? Who are you trying to kid? I've waited years for an opportunity to get into this share when a proper rise looks likely or even possible, but still waiting...

PM2022 - how is Valirx a success? Start from the standpoint of Johngilchrist who had (so he said) over 200,000 pounds in the company before at least two consolidations.

If that's a success, what constitutes a failure? And the 'science' is no further advanced than the pont at which he ended up topping himself as far as we are led to believe. So come on, give us the details of the success that is Valirx.

Be fair PM2022, P9 has called a placing far more accurately than you have called deals, positive news and the like. (Mainly because there have been several placings and no positive news or deals)

A 700,000 sell late on a Friday would have only one effect on the SP, and that would be decisively down. So I think it is fair to say the delayed 700k trade is a buy.

Thing is P9, they're not even 'free' wine and nibbles. All room rental and refreshments is ultimately paid for by......the shareholders.

Because of this - '...will be entitled to an upfront fee and a percentage of service royalties on commercialisation of the models.' They 'will be'....'on commercialisation'. Better read as 'money may be forthcoming IF this gets to commercialisation, which may take several years. Meanwhile we are very low on funds.' Looks to me like another "gun to the shareholders' heads" placing on the lines of "pay up or we go under."

The SP has dropped because the questions re the placing are 'how soon and how low?'

Whichever is right or up to date, when you consider that the hope was to attain 70 percent, 'mid 80s' is an excellent level. If it were 69 percent versus 70 percent I'm sure the conversation would be far more animated with a number of other contributors chipping in with words of wisdom. 15 (or 16) percent above the high initial target makes little odds at this point, it's just highly encouraging.

If anyone was in any doubt about the likelihood of an imminent placing, i reckon that the reappearance of PM2022 firing on all cylinders and talking up stuff that's stone dead (201, 401 and TheoremRx) is pretty much confirmation that the raise is on final countdown.

Is it possible that having 'employed at Valirx' on a CV is the kiss of death on any job application? Maybe they're staying because the alternative is buying a scruffy dog and shouting 'Big Issue' in the rain.
