Laura - why pass Porky's comments to the CEO? He stated an opinion, that's all. Would you go crying to 'sir' if someone said 'this is going to be a multi billion pound company in a matter of months'? Because that's way less likely than the spectre of administration in the OPINION of many here, based on past performance.

And as for the 'but you're not invested here' applied to some posters, well had I fallen for the ramps of yore the ten grand I earmarked for possible investment here now wouldn't buy me a fish supper. So I've probably looked longer and harder at this company than many of the 90 percent plus lossmakers, and at this point remain amazed that anyone would invest anything here given the state of the science.

You'll say the new board members have money tied up here, but I'd probably sink some in for 150 grand a year salary or whatever he's being paid.

Try to accept different opinions - you might have your eyes opened a little further, unless you have a vested interest in pumping it of course..

Agreed - my post highlighting the absence of any critically needed short-term revenue in this RNS was also removed. And yet it's true.

An added dimension is if that much increased ORR is achieved in combination with a massively profitable drug which is almost at the end of its patent life...

But 201 just isn't one of those drugs is it? It came from a bin, it's going back in the bin. It achieved next to nothing, and in the fours years since it has attracted no investment, it didn't even attract a single peer review. And please don't mention TheoremRx as if they're going to come up with anything. The whole 'exclusive' deal was a way of pretending other parties might be interested but were being kept away. If 201 was even remotely of interest it would be attracting interested stares through the shop window, not sitting in the kitchen waste.

The only surprise with 201 is that anyone pretends there may be any demand for it at all. Picked out of a dustbin over a decade ago, an agonisingly slow dose escalation trial took place over several years with patient numbers who would all fit in a transit minibus together, gave mediocre responses, and what minimal results there were have now been gathering dust for four years and counting.

As Grainger14 said, for anyone thinking of sticking money in here, DYOR. And be sure to go back through the RNSs and see how many pages and years you have to go back to see anything other than the odd letter of intent which is worth less than the paper it's written on in contractual terms. Otherwise the most frequent events look to be raisings and consolidations.

And the only way Val would get a share price anywhere near Glaxo's would be to do a 1000/1 consolidation tomorrow. And even then it would only be temporary. To get near Glaxo's 62 billion market cap Val would need to have profitable products that were in demand, not redundant anti psychotic drugs that someone else was throwing out.

It also saves a lot of stirring on the lines of 'the AGM hadn't been announced which means they're in trouble/going bust/doing a placing/trials have failed/run out of food for the office cat.'

I remember Dinoy too - he preceded Misterpositive who was another one who would never answer a question except with abuse and then vanished after a good pump and before any consolidation. I watched him move to some mining stocks and do exactly the same there, and was very annoyed by straight and pertinent questions. I could tell a few tales from some of the things I gathered along the way - the web of interlinked crooks is scary, a bunch of ruthless smiling assassins.

The vat on school fees looks ever more necessary as Smarmer will need an alternative source to pay for his wardrobe.
