2. Once (if) ratification is in place, wouldn't the BOD push for immediate offtake announcement to fence off any potential offers on the cheap?

That is true, he is obsessed about getting a big cap company exploring lithium in Ghana, as if that was his decision or the country's decision. He must have some ongoing beef with MIIF, the Minerals Commission, etc. He cannot even acknowledge that without ALL there wouldn't be a lithium industry in Ghana

this is taking the ****. one of the main purposes of the raises has been to maintain the exec over-inflated wages. rather than sacking people, they should take a serious look at themselves and ask "am i worthy of such a big paycheck if i have neither produced a single kg of spodumene nor got a mine ratified?". i understand that i don't know all of the ins and outs the business, but this one is too blatant

Yes, unfortunately I have got very little hope that it will get ratified this year. They spent last week f***ing about this majority issue, did very little work. This week will be similar and next week they will probably be fighting still, it is all about survival now, ratification is not a priority any more. I got burnt pretty badly, all I can do is wait until March. Now i get when people say This Is Africa.
