i don't think neil herbert lied deliberately.... i think he got ****y, believed that everything he touched would turn into gold, without too much effort. in the end he got egg on his face (and all of us did as well).

now he needs to behave like a grown-up, admit his shortcomings and put his hands up, roll-up his sleeves and get back to work, this time no ****yness and only to take the eyes of the road once we arrive to the destination. if that means endless trips to conferences to get support or funds, so be it. but he needs to remembers that a lot of the decisions will have to take place in ghana, there is where he needs to be seen

I have no doubts that the Government at some point will ratify. I had been pretty optimistic in the past, now became quite realistic. My 3 main doubts are

1) Will there be a new negotiation taking place?

2) How much more will we be forced to give away?

3) Will the new government stall ratification to create a new mining code that would apply to ALL?

I remember a few months ago, Teddy had advised that somebody on the Telegram group had attended the 1 to 1 conference in London, and that Amanda had stated that there was support for the project from both sides (NPP and NDC) - Teddy, is that right?

I hate the Ghanaian authorities these days. I am not fond of NH or AH. Nevertheless, I am aware that this will be one of lowest cost lithium mines in the world and can be running in around 2 years time. And everybody is aware of it. Even if the price of the lithium is still on its knees, would the BOD endorse a sale for 30-35p/share? I know I wouldn't.

Life gets more beautiful everyday that NH and AH get paid a huge sum at the expense of additional share dilution.

What is he doing to benefit the company now? He is going to conferences, smiling and being diplomatic. And he continues to pocket a fortune, as any delays to the project can be blamed on the Ghanaian government now (according to ALL)

The silver lining is that he neither send idiotic tweets anymore showing pics of a plane ticket to Ghanw or goes on Vox podcasts saying that "July is going to be a transformational month for the business".

Get the ratification or move aside, somebody can do the same that your doing for a quarter of the pay

Not2sure, the chap that wrote the article is basically a Jack of all trades. He writes about everything that bothers him and writes a lot, however his articles are highly inaccurate, outdated and of poor quality.

He has also spread some lies in the past, he has got some beefs with the Mineral Commission, the government, etc. He thinks he knows a lot about everything, including mining. On the 4 stages of knowledge model, he is an unconscious incompetent

Cheers for that document, that was a great find. It shows that the NDC is not disconnected from the realities of mining in a global environment and that its them that need foreign investment, and not the foreign investors that need Ghana (well, that is what is stated on paper, it remains to be seen what they will do in reality).

1. to start with, why would they issue a 2-year exploration license, that is a very short licence

2.I guess that the need for ratification would be linked to the re-issue of the license, back to point 1

3 Why wouldn't the license be re-issued or extended, that is super odd and fishy

Nevertheless, I do remember either the Minerals Commission CEO or the Minister (or both!) making negative comments about Chinese miners (well, a lot of miners died at their hands in Ghana)

Indeed Teddy, exploration permit granted by NDC government around the same time as ours. Except ours got a Mining Lease whereas other company started mining on the land of Cassius Mining exploration and Cassius Mining were not allowed to progress with the project. Is that your understanding, Teddy?
