Stockalchemist interesting idea but I can't see the BOAGF being listed separately myself. Todays RNS clearly points out that the acquisition once completed shortly will open up various access points to the European markets and the opportunities that presents to scale the business further. Good geographic diversification. I have always believed since investing here 3 years ago the opportunities in this space are very exciting, not crowded and Alpha are best placed to take advantage. When management say they are focused on getting to 20p+ and not 2,3,4p you know they are thinking much bigger. The 2bn AUM target has clearly been chosen as a strategic point to get to and I believe it will be much faster than 2025. Much more to come in my opinion.

I agree Stockalchemist this is a big door being opened essentially removing the barriers to entry for investment into longevity assets a specialist asset class for US investors. Like you say they can invest as much as they like. With no fee split and a decent yield this is very attractive and will generate decent management fees. Importantly this is another revenue stream for the wider group. A great opportunity for Chad to show what he can do. I don't think the opportunity here has quite been understood by the market despite the wider marco troubles which will pass in time.

Outstanding RNS this morning. This could be a game changer and opens the door to pretty much any US based investor. 1.5% management fee, circa 5% dividend and no revenue split is ideal. Worth noting that just because the entry investment in the BOAGF is 250k doesn't mean only 2.5k investments will be made into this new fund. Someone with 200k could participate as they don't have enough for the BOAGF. This could grow very quickly. Well done GS and team. Next level stuff

Totally agree Steven. We are on the cusp of realising a much publicised doubling of AUM in a pen stroke through the completion of the second acquisition. People forget we were at 8p with circa 20m AUM and with expectation the RCF for 100m was going to get signed off. Now we are about to be north of 700m AUM and a more diverse and growing business. Cost base should remain low in relation to AUM increases so more revenue and profit to come. Look at Crypto, property, stocks, Gold they have all suffered under high inflation, high debt environments and falling markets. ALGW focusing on longevity assets is a smart move and the BOAGF fund just had its second best monthly return ever! Looking forward to the organic growth AUM added and anything else they might have to update us on. You buy now or you pay a lot more in the coming weeks it's pretty simple. DYOR

It just took me 13 minutes from the open to get a 10k order filled at 135. Had to do a Fill or kill to get it done. Someone paid 137.85 for 6k shares only 5 mins before when it was 135 offered! Up we go!

Took another £10k worth this am following £30k on Friday. Accumulating whilst I can at these levels, still sub 120 placing price and over a year into the trial. Bid showing support at 110 and plenty of news flow on all business fronts due in the coming months as per AS previous updates on what is coming. What an opportunity!

Last night I watch a 3 part series called 'Super Surgeons: A chance at life'. It was on C4 this month and you can download it. Worth a watch as it is all based around the Cancer treatments performed at the Royal Marsden. Sarcoma was one of the cancers discussed for several patients. Sarcoma is also one of the tumours high in FAP as per the Avacta presentation material. It highlighted the current limitations of chemo but also how challenging some cancers are to operate on. It was very insightful and would recommend it.

Tomorrow will be one year in the arm for the AVA6000 trial. Do we expect any acknowledgement of that from the Company tomorrow? Surly that is a great PR opportunity to draw attention to how far it has come.

Given the low number of patients required for P1a I'm of the view they should stick to UK sites now to ensure the continuity risk is managed ie it's same teams at the same hospitals doing the same trial steps they have been doing for a year in some cases.

If we also consider the biopsies AS stated they had a world leading lab here in the UK ready to analyse these. It makes sense to do them all in one place for this low number of patients. UK sites removes any possible issues of international transport and expedites timeframes. We don't want biopsies assuming they can be frozen and transported going AWOL and end up at the baggage dump at Heathrow so why take the risk.

I'm sure US sites will be very useful when we have 40-60+ patients to dose in P1b.

I agree Crowfoot but it does give more visibility. I can see them there as you do. My point is they have been at the top of the offer almost single handedly for a few days regardless of the price they must have stock to go or just trying to maintain being at the top of the offer until they are done working orders. They are at 108 bid currently so they aren't interested in taking stock from anyone vs other MMs. 120 was the placing price so plenty of worked orders going on behind the scenes I'm sure at these levels, smoke and mirrors as you say. The delayed prints recently also demonstrating that. For any decent size on IG it is 120+ to buy.

Crowfoot since Tuesday JBER have also been on the top of the offer for 95% of the time. They are currently 108 bid 116 offered. I think that is what held the SP back yesterday. They must have stock to go or letting buybacks to take place. Just my view based on what L2 has shown but it must be for a reason. We have seen volume pick up recently and a lot of buying for a few days but price held

Blackcat I don't think they ever planned to release biopsy data until P1a has been completed to be fair. As you probably know it isn't a requirement of P1a only P1b. As they have chosen to take some where possible anyway I think it is positive as it might prove initial efficacy usually found in P1b.
Ethically that is why until the final readout we only get RNS on DE and no other data. AS implied as much at the AGM and stated it would all be provided then.

Excellent news. The second largest shareholder has taken the opportunity to add to his holding on this dip. 17.6m shares is not punt money and he now owns over 4% of the Company!

Daisy I try to state facts, positive and negative not just moan which leads precisely nowhere. Once again you fail to answer a simple question put to you. If someone reads the brochure likes what they see and choose to invest that is their choice and a positive endorsement of a growing business. That is one of the objectives of that document.

I'm not a fortune teller but I have put my money where my mouth is and if we have $2bn AUM we won't be sub 2p (quote me in the future on this) as by that stage the multiple acquisitions, organic growth, AUM and revenues will be clear to see.

It is clear you have an agenda to discredit and repeat your one-sided view of the company time and again without looking forward or acknowledging the progress that has been made. I'm under no illusions here but if you were still invested you wouldn't make every effort to try and lose yourself money every time you type.

An additional 10% share of revenues will clearly make a positive contribution to the bottom line overtime on a fund that is growing AUM. You are probably the only person unhappy with getting an extra 10% of the revenue for the BOAGF which is most odd.

Daisy your first line 'there is nothing new for in the brochure as far as existing investors go'. This is factually incorrect. You might want refer to the new revenue split for the BOAGF is now 60/40 in our favour detailed in the brochure. Previously this was 50/50. Just an example. The fact is the brochure is meant to educate new and existing shareholders.

You are happy to sit and tell me what I haven't said and then make general statements that are factually floored out of ignorance. Perhaps you can provide a response to my question put to you in my last msg 'If you still hold shares how does your negativity help your shares increase in value in the future?

You had the opportunity to sell at 8p like everyone else (as reminded previously) and you didn't so all you have to do is take responsibility for that decision. The good news for clarity on page four Re BOAGF of the brochure it states 'Life settlements provide investors a good opportunity to invest in an asset class which is not correlated to the stock or housing markets'.

The brochure was created to inform new and current investors on the business strategy and progress so I recommend you read it.
