It's quite simple really the old boy is stepping aside so the young guns can progress this campaign. They expect to make a discovery and the work effort involved with that pre and post will be huge. Now is a good time to make that change and likely planned for sometime. They have de-risked this company in recent months by buying a rig so much of the heavy lifting has been done to enable a run up to spud which will happen in short order. We are a day closer to spud and the volume and SP will follow. Buy today or pay more in a few days. Your decision.

With all the expected news flow this is an exciting time to be involved. Just to name a few news items on the horizon Pad complete, civils complete, crew contracted, crew mobilised, long lead items confirmed on site, camp build, well has spudded, Discovery etc etc etc etc

Wyndrum I don't disagree with all of your points but as we own the rig there are some factors to consider

1. HE1 won't be constantly drilling (like GGP) on success or failure as data will need to be analysed, planning will need to happen, drill pads created etc so realistically there will be periods of downtime.

2. If leasing it out locally during those quieter times generates revenue that covers our own costs (labour, maintenance, parts etc ) then its essentially a free carry for us when we do drill.

3. If we don't lease it out it reduces our own typical costs of drilling as we aren't paying a margin away to someone else so we are still financially better off.

4. Either way it reduces funding requirement going forward which is key.

5. If we hit a commercial discovery a rig owned by HE1 in that area is priceless to continue drilling. Win win!

The other thing that is worth remembering about the rigs used for O&G drilling is that typically once a hole has been drilled the rig is dismantled and taken away. Another smaller rig is then bought in to do appraisal work sometime after. This all takes time and money. So what if a rig can do both jobs? Well as we own the rig I expect it to kill 2 birds with one stone. Another benefit of buying the rig. Obviously this same benefit applies to anyone else leasing the rig from us....all billable time for HE1 though.

This is what we know:

1. In the last campaign they already identified helium seeps in the license area up to 10.2%

2. They had helium shows at shallow and deep intervals (more than half a dozen) from the drill hole in 2021

3. Technical issues and a under gunned 'mineral' rig led to issues meaning it could not be completed

4. We are funded for Tai C well

What I expect:

1. I expect them to encounter more helium shows in the new drill hole 1km away from the previous one

2. I expect the Beast of a Rig vs the last one to get to target depth and enable them to appraise the well

3. I expect them to make a discovery

We just bought our own rig that enables us to drill as much as we like at a significantly reduced rate going forwards. We can lease it out to generate funds if required to fund our own lesser costs of drilling (labour, parts, maintenance). You don't buy a rig and go back to the same location unless you are convinced a discovery can be made based on the data they already have. If they didn't have helium shows they wouldn't be going back to Tai it is that straight forward for me. So far Lorna has under promised and over delivered and I expect that to continue. An operational update must be soon so you are either in or out for that. Risk vs Reward here weeks before spud is positive. If you haven't already, look up the unit cost of natural gas vs helium and you will be shocked. That is the prize here.

They are not using our drill to drill before us Skittish. All is on track for Sept spud.

At the AGM one of the management team was asked about low bids and the response was 'it would get blocked'. Although this is a widely held PI stock it doesn't mean all of them will sell for a few £. Many of the large holders certainly understand the upside potential here and possible valuations etc. I believe there is enough of them along with management to block any low bid. Lastly its worth thinking about PI expectations, if and when management have to discuss valuations and educate them further on this aspect (something they have held close to their chest for now) it is likely manage decide to take their advice. Typical scenario....Do I pay half the mortgage off now or wait and pay it all off and retire...

Great interview! They own their own rig can use it as much as they want, they can generate revenue by whoring it out locally for government or other miner projects which will fund HE1 future drills. This is a no brainer and a genius move. Outplayed the other players here. I particularly like the 'rig will be onsite in a few days'....we 'can use to to explore our other licenses'. More news to come by the sounds of it.

No worries Latorre that makes more sense now if you had started that pre RNS. I was just playing the here and now view which is disappointing. I do think they will sort this mess out but the shop window needs a proper dusting doesn't it haha.

Latorre interesting gut feeling on a day we receive and RNS which indicates they have been outmanoeuvred by Nobel and confirm they haven't secured a rig in months just more ambiguity.

Let me ask you this with a market cap of circa £37m and you think an offer could land multiples of the current SP (pre discovery) who is going to drop £50-100m on what many will view as a binary play with limited data. That is a lot of risk based on a failed exploration drill last time 2 years ago. I hope you are right but if this is only a gut feel I believe the focus should be on the management and their inability to secure a rig after many months and not a left field distraction. The comms are awful and the fact we have dropped from over 7p to this level any positive news is simply making up old ground from here. Either way confidence and trust is lost with periods of silence and poor comms. Sadly on the one hand they highlight Safori deficiencies and then say 'in the event Safori do not fulfil their obligations' ie they will still work with them is hardly a good relationship is it. Nobel recognised this and moved on. We should have done the same. Shambles!

Humble pie doesn't come in to it regardless what happens in the future and less so on a gut feeling. Attractive opportunities do get bought up I accept that. Accountability at the time does matter though and the standard hasn't been good enough todays RNS confirms that.

I'm invested so I hope this plays out well for all holders.

JT if no DLT's were found in C5 and assuming one patient of the first 3 dropped out for other reasons wouldn't they just replace that one patient? I can't understand how we get to 7 patients in the cohort with no DLTs other than we get multiple dropouts. What's your view? Thanks

SBP you make some valid points. The purchase of an additional 5% of Northstar is positive certainly over the medium and long term as it adds AUM and revenue to the group. Addressing the cash vs shares, at this point in the growth of the company the cash is better invested in the next acquisition to facilitate faster growth. I don't have a problem paying Jason and Dan in shares at this point, this is pretty standard stuff. As for Mark Wards, intentions who knows ask him. He has owned a large stake for a while. His recent 4% increase seems to have gone somewhat unnoticed but it is a valid scenario to consider especially when the SP is very low, there has been a lack of news flow for sometime and likely deals on the table to be finalised to add more AUM. Waiting only makes things more expensive you would think. The higher the SP before any corporate activity from him or anyone else the better for shareholders. Given we are sat at 2p the placing price from 2021 but added circa $700m to the group since and we are revenue generating sums up how cheap this is. So much of the risk has been removed since then. Time will tell.

Excellent. Worth looking at who the Chair is.... oh it's one of our largest shareholders! Amazing Tech so he isn't wrong.

He has actually increased the number of shares it clearly shows that vs the TR1 a few weeks ago. He bought 215,830 more shares since. The % change was due to warrants being exercised ie a small dilution for everyone. All the detail is in the documents. Seeing Mark and now Marcus up their holdings is a big positive. We also know another holder has done but hasn't yet triggered a TR1 for the change as that requirement hasn't been met.

McWigan, it's not uncommon for a MM to correct a trade ie sett date or update a qty etc. For example if it has been input incorrectly first time round. These are just two examples but there are likely other explanations. Nothing to worry about and note the dates on the trades.
