T4G this is a Asos Nordstrum tie up, Nordstrum used to buy TS and TM from Arcadia, this continues under Asos buy out but then now also take Asos Design in addition.
BH Group strat is direct to customer with no US tie ups, Asos also go direct as well as above.
Good article PP, one thing i would say about Asos is that they are having good response in US with Asos Design Nordstrum, this is purely incremental business , qtys up to 750pcs per style
Fira i think you miss the point here, if you filter someone just because you don't agree then with them then u end up living in an echo chamber, better to just agree to disagree otherwise you get days and days of tit for tat puerile sh*t and put people off posting anything constructive and useful, you only have to look at this mornings posts to see this, it has now taken up a overwhelming %.
TBH this is my last post on the matter as i realise i'm now contributing to it.
Jongle, take at look at this morning posts from you Fira, DT Gold, tell me where the substance is in any of them ????
Simply agree to disagree, as for calling the SP up/down, as they say a broken clock is right twice a day, this share has been ramped up and down from the moment it floated, when it was at £4 plus rampers were saying told you so, now it's down at .63p naysayers are saying told you so, it really is a futile exercise from both sides if you do not just agree to disagree.
Fira, Jongle, Gold, DT, firstly you guys want to live in an echo Chamber then go ahead you'll learn nothing because no one can be bothered to engage, secondly if you don't believe in someone filtering you and continue to goad them then don't complain when the board descends into a playground.
T4G rule number one don't unfilter, the goading will continue till the echo chamber finds someone else to pick on.
The Nursery School is open.
T4G , good article on just style, hope you can open

T4G, way to go, i give anyone on here the chance to a agree to disagree but if they persist and get personal no point in fanning the flames just green screen em, you'll enjoy the board much much more.
T4G , i can confirm with PM that filtering is def way forward from anyone you think is trolling you, i did it with Danman Sachs, i used to get a ton of green on my screen, in the end i think he either got bored or drew a busted flush as not seen a peep out of him for months now.

Missguided collapsed into administration on Monday (30 May), after failing to secure a buyer. Speculation at the time pointed to Boohoo Group as a possible suitor.
But on Wednesday morning (1 June), Sports Direct and House of Fraser owner Frasers Group announced that it had bought the womenswear etailer out of administration, for a sum of £20m.
“The brand was never going to work for Boohoo, as [there’s] too much duplication across data and overall offer – if anything it would dilute their brands,” Mark Ashton, founder and CEO of Little Mistress Group, told Drapers.
Goldy- quotes
What boohoo don’t have is a Zara/ topshop rival. Ie the higher, slightly maturer (and more well off) later 20 / early 30’s shopper
Your way off the mark fell, read my comments, read what i've said re Warehouse, it's a more indie Brand and goes head to head with these two with Oasis and Coast also pinching a bit. The 20 year old is right on the fringe of the Zara and TS, she is not their demo anymore, 30 plus is the sweet spot and this tgt for Zara/TS actually goes deeper into the 40 year odd now than the 20 year old demo, Inditex have P&B, Strad V and Bersh to nail the younger demo and hopefully your aware that BH Group does too.
I said BH is directly competing with Miss G so it has no need to buy it, your saying they should have acquired to pivot towards and age group that Miss G itself does not even appeal too, as per above, noooooooooooooooooo!
BH Group do not have a gap they are covering every single demo with all the brands they have, all of this was never oven ready, they are knuckling down and honing the Brand offers along with the costs and the distribution to get these Brands firing on all cylinders, they do not need a duplicate Brand demo that further distracts and drains resources and space.
Miss G is now with Fraser, it's officially in intensive care for a few years till it goes the SD Graveyard where it will rest in peace. Amen
Goldy other points re demo's , Miss G is 10000000000% not the same demo as Zara/ TS, but Zara and T/S are def competitors.
Warehouse is in this sector and has the potential as does Oasis and Coast to push towards this demo from a slightly older base than Warehouse.
Lest we forget Nasty Gal (who i deal with) they have become a slightly more conservative version of the towny BH Girl, PLT is def out right Glamour Girl, lastly Miss Pap, nuff said, we have enough to contend with and mould thats without mentioning the Debs sub Brands.
RIP Miss G it's in the rag trade graveyard.
Goldy your correct Miss G isn't PLT but it is def a given that its a competitor to BH Girl.
Would have been nice to take it out the market but being purchased by Fraser Group pretty much amounts to the same thing and BH Group a few million in the process.
Jack Wills has risen to giddy heights since being purchasing, LoL add in Firetrap, Sonnetti, SC51 and Full Circle of the once mighty WDT Group that ends up being cannon fodder for SD then i'd say Fraser Group buying Miss G amounts to it being taken oooot of the market.
JW aside, try naming a Fraser Group Clothing Brand then try naming one that people aspire to.
Fraser Group buying Miss G, move on, nothing to see here.
T4G yep if BH group are not careful with so many Brands they will end up watering down their own time and energy not to mention warehousing !!!! to ultimately compete against themselves, only advantage i see in purchasing is to take it out the game, unless of course Miss G actually own some sort of start of the art DC that i'm not aware of.
L5 Quote -ASOS Advert on SKY TV - splashing their cash. Probably best if they take Misguided. Boohoo has enough brands at this moment in time. There are only so many fashion designs you can push on to the market & small production runs are costly.
Any company taking on MG will suffer a drop in SP.Stick with BOO - breaking the 95p wall
I totally agree with this, BH Group has enough Brands in their wardrobe, same demo as this, in the end they just end up competing with one another, Asos have taken an age to try to separate their Asos Design own buy from TM/TS own buy, they are now just about getting there by adding in more quality and more edge on TS/TM and pushing prices up a tad but this is just two Brands ! Unless there is a compelling reason that i cannot see eg not wanting competition from someone snapping up and running with or it simply being given away then i'd keep the money for sorting out current crop.
Drapers take on Miss G
Boohoo and Missguided: Boohoo Group is reportedly working on a pre-pack administration deal to buy Missguided, The Times reported. Missguided is thought to be close to calling in administrators, and has been accused of leaving suppliers hundreds of thousands of pounds out of pocket.
The newspaper said that Boohoo has entered exclusivity talks with Missguided's advisers at restructuring firm Teneo, and that a deal could be struck by today (30 May). It also stated that a deal has not yet been finalised, or if Boohoo was interested in the Missguided brand or the entire business.
