If the plant runs, grades are returned with first shipment and no issues, the following scenarios could happen:

In a likely event that sc5 grades occur, we could see 0.50s-0.60s at best. Or a huge drop because these grades could be seen as bad. This scenario we want to avoid at all costs.

In a 50/50 probability sc6 grades occur which is what everyone wants or expects, we could see realistically 0.60s-0.80s or more.

In the event that is very unlikely sc7 grades occur then 1p+ could be easily possible.

If brought out or sold should be 1p+ no matter what as long as production is good and constant without issues.

Interview was just okay, the interviewer did press questions like funding, future and production on track.

We know 1st production funded now, we just need to see it producing and good grades come out, cant say anything bad yet 2 weeks to go anything can happen.

Next catalysts end of 2024, could get some news here and now till then to ramp up share price, just how this was ramped up few weeks ago 0.7p-0.17p, then dropped instantly to 0.7p again making bag holders and trapping investors. Now placing at 0.5p, all the promises over the years, mean nothing now.

Be careful about this stock and buy when its settled even then its a 50/50 gamble. Either chuditch gets sold it gets to 0.50p-1p+, they consolidate shares and you lose your money, or more placings.

Just wait for 2/3 more weeks for production updates.

1 step at a time, good news and production started, Share price pump/rise should happen. Good grades come out maybe not first batch or instantly, share price rises. Shipments happen in March and share price rises.

No point getting stressed over shares allocated, dilution, future placings or George and his lies/promises. Just be happy it did not drop to low 0.20s or the placing was worse.

Everyone wants the share price 0.50p-1p, everyone would also be happy if this was sold for 1p-3p, everyone just needs to wait a couple weeks to see if any of this will be possible, its all 50/50 till otherwise.

Production is key first step and we are less than 2-3 weeks away. No point debating or talking about useless things, its time now for everyone to make money or lose money.

Fact is prem is supposed to be producing 2 weeks with 1st production funded, then shipment March and as long as everything goes well, we should see a rise in share price simple as that. What happens after all this only matters if you are a long time holder.

Why does any other company matter? If they are funded or not, if they can be trusted or not. All their production or catalysts are months/years away + they can come with risks and issues as well.

Regardless what happens and no trust in george, lets just take it step by step. What rises can we get short term 2-4 weeks?

1) Funded until 1st production. As long as we do not get any other bad news from now until then, should rise to 0.30s-0.40s maybe more.

2) Ball mill power is on and is being tested, as long as this goes okay, share price should either be steady or rise.

3) Shipments in March, as long as this goes okay then share price should rise more.

After this money issues, placings, being sold, not being in profit will only matter if your still holding prem shares long term.

If its oil price or something else why its down a bit does not matter until we get next update which is bopd numbers.

I do not know why people here saying April RNS.

They could decide to give RNS April with a big update, but they could easily give it next week or week after because they gave no time frames.

We do not need to wait several weeks for cleanup for results, only for Rod pump to be stable flow rate then they will give update.

RNS clearly states once rod pump re-installed and stabalised flow-rate they will give update on operation results.

Then the RNS states clean up several weeks and ESP fitted April.

Question is how far it will go down after placing to help Fund and start production.

We all know closer to production Prem should rise/pump, then if production works and grades are good then even bigger rise.

However George cannot be trusted anymore, he said funding is needed, we Knew funded needed. No Agm, out of nowhere placing came today not good look.

Fully funded Flow test and starts mid Feb, if get good results then should see a good increase of share price.

Not talking about £1-£5 potential or next 3 months, just what this will rise to or should rise to with those catalysts.

2-3 months short term cant see anything happening or even stated by the company apart from more shareholder increases. Joke company, the increases we got so far have got share price down more not upwards.

Disko drilling news sometime in the future maybe April or end of 2024, assets sales if they happen or JVs all uncertain and can happen anytime in 2024, no timescales for anything.

We need good news for it not to fall below 0.30s.

It wont take several weeks for them to give an update, unless they decide to. They do not give any actual timescales at all for this part.

The first part states once rod pump is re-installed and stabalised flow rate happens they will give update. So no actual days/weeks timescale for this, could be anything less or more time.

Second part states several weeks for clean up to complete then anticipated ESP installed. Notice how its 2 paragraphs like its 2 different things, another indicator.

*The impact of the sand jetting will only be known once production has been restored and a stabilised and sustained flowrate from the rod pump has been achieved, at which time the company will provide an update.

Complete joke action, down another 5% on positive news this morning. Imagine this was 0.16s a week or so ago with pump and dump.

1) Why beacon not RNS this on LSE or give update on twitter, instead on BCE website as like a quick update?

Why even release this update if in a few days you going to re-install rod pump and give update again soon on results of operation e.g bopd numbers.

2) They still stated ultimately installation of ESP, that means they believe its still going to happen which means operation went well. But they are believing, because the operation went well, but they have no idea what numbers they can get.

So they cant give any numbers in this update until rod pump installed again and stabilised flow rate.

Even when no delays or issues and they give updates this company still frustrates us, lets hope next update is the final one that gives bopd results, thats all we need.
