Overall my share price prediction 0.70 if production started and good grades come out.

It could be anything depending on grades, markets and shareholder sentiment:

Grade 5 = 0.40s-0.50s

Grade 6 = 0.60s-0.70s but could also run to 1p

Grade 7+ = 1p+

Trust may be gone or hanging by a thread however:

BCE have not done anything wrong since new name and management, its just the delays that affected the trust last 10 months and share price.

They could have done some interviews on youtube, more tweets or had better luck I guess?

Communication with shareholders is lacking, but they RNS every-time they do something or have an update. Even if its a bit slow and delayed which is frustrating.

They done one recent placing at 0.15p, they could be like those other companies with anything bad happens do multiple placings and shareholders diluted. BCE have not done this and stated funded for 500k operation and 40bopd-70bopd is generally helping with expenses.

Sand jetting is now completed, all we need to know is rod pump installed and what the increases bopd numbers. Then trust is fully back again with no delays and profits flowing in if positive.

Anyone here watched sand jetting on youtube? It does a good job, cant see how it can fail with all that oil there ready to be sold. Unless it’s bad luck again and BCE stuck at 40+bopd with only option to do a massive placing and drill the 2nd well we want to avoid this outcome. The company wont go bankrupt or get de-listed, its not like they have 5-10 million debt.

PRD a big potential oil and gas company, their share price plummeted because they did an inferior phase 1 testing, share price all depends on the sand jetting results which should multibag Share price. BCE spent 500k on sandjetting which is not pocket money to get this oil out. So it should all work out and be positive, i don't understand anyone who's being negative now until we get news.

Next week must be production and good grades simple as that, nothing else matters only way share price will break 0.40p short term.

Right now the long term buyouts, finances and money issues or lithium prices do not matter if Prem cannot even produce.

Even if they are not going commercial straightaway and doing test runs, production must start with no major issues by next Wednesday.

We saw the share price rise due to the informative and very positive interview by stockbox and george today.

Shows how fast and how high share price can go on sentiment alone 0.24p-0.34p. This gives a nice base when major news comes, for share price to go higher.

Stable above 0.30p and unless we get RNS this coming Monday, we still have Tuesday and Wednesday for major production/testing news.

George said he believes wont even need to use 29th Feb day, thats next Thursday. So if he is right and you believe him, next 6 days most important in its history, value for shareholders and company's future.

If it keeps rising, volume increases more, even better because if by next Wednesday we are producing its multibagging and rising back to the highs of 2023.

Forget about the finances, technical grade matters with production.

Let’s hope for 0.35, 0.40s by today or Monday, even if its a pump because right now we are pumping due to the very positive interview by George, everything is in place and he believes prem does not even need 29th of Feb to be producing.

Then 0.60s-1p anything is possible depending on technical grades as long as we keep rising. Thats all that matters right now.

I just hope the week after, i cant add my last million shares until next Friday. So one more bad luck day I need to avoid.

4th March 1st week and start of the month giving good/average bopd results would be a nice way to start the month.

Why give a RNS end of Feb, they already gave update on their website and on here early Feb. They will be giving a RNS April for ESP if its required. Thats all the future updates we know so far.

I feel like for a company that delays so much, giving another RNS is not like their usual pattern and seems more likely March now, but i could be wrong.

They have very clean ore, regarding thickener, piping is all bolted in and just have to get water balances right.

Considering we had no updates last few days, share price went down more, this interview was very positive and if everything he said comes correct next 1 week, then share price could multibag short term.

So after this sand jetting operation was completed, can they not see or test the restriction is gone before rod pump installation?

I am not talking about telling us the bopd numbers. If the restriction is gone, that means they can get all that oil out.

So can they not see or measure all this oil that was restricted because of fluid invasion via different tools?

Of course they will not know the bopd numbers or give exact numbers, but in this case it means they will be producing more oil for certain if restriction to wellbore is gone.

Instead they will install the rod pump, get stable flow rate and that will basically show them the bopd numbers increased or not + other indicators/tests.

Give it a week or 2, share price holding well at mid 7ps could rise and break 8p, or could sit at low 7ps short term. Smart people are buying at this price and holding, long term holders averaging down if they can.

Next RNS on timescales on sandjetting + other details can cause share price rise, how much is the question.

Maybe because of this fall, shareholder and market sentiment will be limited, so a rise to 9p-10p max I would say personally.

No one knew back in Dec 2023 at 8p it would rise to nearly 13p-14p in Feb 2024, yes everyone knew in anticipation of catalysts a rise will happen, no one can state how much.

We know or presume if sandjetting results are good it will boost the share price instantly much higher e.g 15p, 20p, 30p etc.

Why? In 3 months apart from an expected rigless testing date RNS and extension of 2022 Star valley Rig contract RNS.

The share price rose just in anticipation from 8p-13p, so any actual good news can double or triple of this thinking logically. Thats what everyone was expecting with the phase 1 result, got disappointed and trolls came out.

We are Fully funded for all 2024 operations as stated in RNS. Down 30%-40% on a phase 1 result because they was either forced to do this, had bad luck or they knew this would be the result and will move to phase 2 sand jetting as this was always the plan. This is the most important phase for the share price and company going forward.

BCE confirmed via email on the 4th December that rod pump was installed and ongoing cleanup + stable flow rate is next. Others here confirmed the same as well, when they emailed IR relations.

On the 14th December we got a RNS stating rod pump was installed with stable flow rate 40bopd and well continues cleanup.

10 days they took to RNS officially rod pump installed and stable flow rate. We still don’t know when the rod pump was installed could have been earlier then they stated in email. Which also means stable flow rate could have taken more then 10 days.

So lets take 10 days as the average, we got sand jetting completed 12th Feb, that means 22nd Feb tomorrow is news or as others state Monday next week most likely if no delays and they decide to RNS.

I should have said anytime next 2 weeks but not on a Friday as i see that as bad luck day, hopefully good luck if it lands on this day.

If it does not come tomorrow, then I don't want it on Friday because thats seen as a bad news/bad day for RNS results of any kind. Personal preference.

Can also easily be good news Friday as we are waiting for is bopd results, sand jetting operation went well so theres nothing else to wait for.

I rather they release news next week unless rod pump install is taking more time then it could be the week after, because rod pump needs to flow and stabalise which could take few days extra, 1 week or more as we do not know how long exactly.

8p seems like the bottom hopefully, we will see next few weeks its only been 1 day, but this is a really positive bounce at 8p we had this morning considering we lost 30%-40%.

Like I stated before we are just back to December 2023 8p price. If you had a strategy or are in for a trade and not a very long time investment. You could have brought loads of shares at 8p in December all the way to Feb 2024 13p. You would made easy 30%-40% if you decided to sell, or would be back to break even loosing nothing. Or if you buy again today and it goes back to 13p just on sentiment you made another easy 30%-40%.

There is always a way to win and lose in these stocks, so again should not be negative considering everyone knew about this rig-less testing for weeks/months, what could happen and how inferior it was to sand jetting phase 2 because of various reasons.

If the risk-reward is more or less, does not matter we are taking it step by step, this is not a quick trading stock, its an investment with risk but huge potential.

However it’s all about when you buy and when you sell, when you find the bottom. Many new investors probably buying at 8p today thinking amazing cheap, long time investors averaging down if they can. However it can go anyway and anywhere, it’s about believing in the company, assets and potential.

So now we are waiting for Sand jetting and timescales, only a long delay or some negative news short term would drag the share price lower. Any type of good news and we go up with market/shareholder sentiment just like we did between December 2023 - Feb 2024 common sense.

Share price falling lower but staying around 0.26-0.28 range, by today or end of the week most are hoping or thinking it should be 0.30s, 0.40s or if any bad news below 0.20s.

Prem have been consistent showing videos and updates on twitter all of Feb, every day or couple days. However its been 4 days since last picture/video update, the director loan is the only thing we got so far.

Social media and youtube very quiet now with less then 2 weeks left, i mean prem should be in production by next Friday at the latest, yet we seem so far away with no progressive updates lately.

Could be Concerning or it could be they will release next picts/vids end of this week or start of next week. This is the only thing that will move the share price up short term from here. Prem showing progress to production day by day, week by week.

I want it to come start of March now, considering Feb is basically over now. Although bopd results can still come anytime or anyday within next 4-6 weeks.

These up and down share price movements mean nothing just people selling or buying, getting bored or markets playing ping pong and winning against weak traders.

We will know bopd results after they have reliable and stable flowrate from Rod pump, which could have been installed by now at least. Then the several weeks cleanup should commence with ESP installed April if needed e.g bopd results are over 250bopd-900bopd. Rod Pump max is 250bopd.

I am waiting for end month salary so I can add last million shares and then I am happy. Extra thousands/million shares can be a massive profit difference at a low price like this. Trying to add more then last time when it went from 0.7p-0.27p last year. Hoping the same if not way more depending on results, every day that goes we get closer to news.

Keep strong and believing, i am 90% positive this will end well, with 10% reserved. Thats how confident I am, but that 10% can still screw you over, need back up always risk-reward etc.

Nothing has changed, market over reacted and shareholders reacted of course negatively but the negativity especially on here is going over the top.

Everyone knew they were doing this rigless testing and sand jetting will follow after, so why constantly post negative comments because you’re stuck at 10p-14p and are angry/upset/trolling.

PRD share price rose steadily from December 2023 same price we are at now 8p to 13p in less then 3 months. All we did was go back to that 8p price can easily reverse back on sand jetting results.

If the news was so bad and catastrophic like some here state, we would be back to 1p-4p area, but we are not.

The whole rise happened because anticipation for all these catalysts in 2024, so it can easily rise back again next few days, weeks or months

The company tweeted the share price fall and highlights knowing the backlash. It’s like at school you needed a black pen but lost it, instead you were forced to use a pencil. So now PRD will start using the black pen with no issues (Still funded for operations).

Phase 1 Rigless Testing Update:

- Formation damage confirmed

- Confidence in Sandjet to establish gas flow

- Analysis of gas samples confirms up to 99.57% methane suitable for CNG development

- MOU-5 Jurassic well planning on track

Future potential and well researched comments last few months are still valid and should be respected because apart from these people no one else gave research or information.

Sand Jetting just needs to show gas flow and this rises back up. Right now and until results nothing to worry about, either you stay long and strong like investment you believe this will be, or sell simple as that.

Everyone’s done good research on this company, it was never a ramping type of board. A nice board full of research and nice messages unlike many others.

The future can still be amazing, these things can happen. If you sell on impulse or sell calling this garbage or saying it was pumped, you was just here for a trade not a long time investor believing the potential of this company. Should go back to 10p or more next few days, weeks or months.

however if that was a 600k sell the other day clearly they knew the results, why randomly sell 600k then give some negative news that drops share price 30%.

Look we all want Prem to do well, we need to all come together and believe it does. Forget about rampers and de-rampers, telegram groups, twitter or even George himself.

George and what he has employed, contracted with, over promised, let shareholders down, placings and dilution for the past 5-10 years or whenever you brought shares.

If you are stuck at higher placing prices, stuck because this was pumped, stuck anytime last 5-10 years for whatever reason.

If Prem do not produce at all, forget about grades, this company is finished. Forget about dilution, share price will be so low your hard earned money you invested even at this low price will turn near to Zero. Unless you have loads of money and average down or only put in a little bit and don’t care.

2 weeks or less to go, lets hope production starts which is the most important part in Prems history and existence. Then hope we get some good or excellent grades, then prem gets sold or continues to make stable revenues.

We all want and deserve 1p+ otherwise if everything goes wrong. This chat board will be nothing but trolls and angry shareholders ranting everyday like many company Aim chatboards end up because of heavy dilution or complete failure.

As I said 0.20s-0.25s is the bottom area for me personally next few months unless it rises up back up. However can still be strong buy even at depending if your happy to hold long and not just wait for pumps and dumps.

KOD Mali Lithium Bougouni project is fully funded with production expected end of 2024. KOD also have several gold projects they are pursuing as well. So several catalysts and shareholder value that can happen unlike many other miners that have just 1-2 assets/exploration.

KOD have a NPV of $440 million. Share price target of 1.60p. KOD have cash balance of 11 million and 100 million for the lithium project. So there should be no dilution or placings in 2024.

Between now Feb-December 2024 the only issue would be delays or heavy costs in construction/development. In December/Jan 2024 once production starts share price should have a massive increase, even in anticipation.

Then you have to think about production value, grades, lithium prices that will determine a further rise or not. Then the gold projects and whats happening with them can also affect the price in 2025 but thats just my personal stance because KOD are clearly focusing on this lithium project 1st.

So in conclusion buying at 0.30s, 0.20s even if it gets to 0.15s which is absurd because they are funded and should not go there, will not matter in the long run because you will make lots of money once production and revenues show by start or 2025 if everything goes well.

Share price should double next 1-4 weeks if positive news from here at least. PRD is fully funded, no debt and in Morocco alone at least five on land gas producing wells. Thats a Buy signal right there!

Last time went from 6p to 20p June 2023-July 2023.

This time hoping for 25p-30p if not more depending on results next few weeks/months.

However the investors who brought at 1p-8p in last 5 years and waited this long without selling, they will make tons of money if this ever reaches 50p-£1.

Aim is full of crap debt ridden, loan infested or have dreadful placing dilutive stocks, PRD has shown its not one of them but can easily be a great winner.

We know Kod has many good catalysts coming especially end of 2024 which is fully funded for production with cash in the bank. No point comparing to a similar company like Prem or any others which have had major dilutions, placings and money issues.

Problems can occur for Kod like any production/exploration company, but leading up to production with money, we should see the share price rise 0.50s-1p region end of 2024. Then you got the gold projects and updates so anything could be possible in terms of share price 1p, 2p, 3p etc.

Between now and end of 2024 before production and gold updates, how far will the share price fall? Yes its a good entry here, but clearly will fall more.

Do not be naive and think this will stay above 0.30s for 6-8 months with nothing happening. I believe the bottom is 0.20s-0.25s and thats the best buying and accumulating range.
