Why are people stating Admin or Placing is coming?

Like Baron Oil have no cash at all and are in huge debt?

We all know that if chuditch was sold tomorrow, its doing a He1 style multi bagger 1p-2p range which everyone who is Long and adding every month is waiting for.

Meanwhile this has pumps and dumps now and then 50%-100% for day traders or short term holders.

I agree HMS not to believe in promises or whats stated and its all about timing.

However BCE operation is now ongoing, its 50/50 either we get good production 100bopd-900bopd stated or bad production 50bopd or less.

A couple hundred or thousand pound worth at 0.7s and if BCE ever gets to 0.20s, 0.50s or 1p+ thats some nice money made investing so little on 50/50 chance.

Those who invested millions will make life changing money depending on the person and their financials. Or lose most if its bad results of course.

I could name few oil and gas last few weeks that done 100%-600% in a few days Baron Oil and HE1 to name the 2, as you said timing is key and those who traded these made their money. AIM every month has winners, got to pick them right.

Question now is will BCE make us money, its their turn now. The oil and reserves are all there, not magically gone or a duster like Buffalo, can BCE access it? Thats the serious and only question we need proven now.

We will find out in a couple weeks or less hopefully if no delays.

And if it does not work out HMS for whatever reason, i will never invest in a Oil and gas company on AIM that changes its management, name and had bad pasts with placings and dusters ever again.

1 thing you cannot deny is whenever these oil stocks do well with drillings or tests or have random pumps, you can make money now and then, so trading will be the way to go. However i am a investor at heart and like to wait a long time for big returns if possible.

Yes Hms mate we been posting here for what 10 months? We thought this would be 0.30p+during all this time at least but company kept coming with delays, now today we stuck at 0.7p producing 40bopd+. Disgraceful and annoying but understandable, unknown debt and cash.

It should be Mid Feb 100%, i hope for all our sakes we deserve it. Either we make money or lose it depending on bopd results.

They started operation 29th Jan. They stated 10-14 days approx, so giving an extra few days or a week for any delays that takes us to Middle of Feb. Thats not a bad statement is it? I given them enough time.

However thats only if they RNS results, ongoing clean up will take several weeks which can mean 2-3 weeks or more, so lets add a delay to this and say 1 month max.

So they either RNS middle of Feb or RNS middle of March, then in April they will install ESP depending on results. All hypothetical of course with the information we have been given and if results are good.

Thats all great ashton, but Bluejay can never be trusted again, all of 2023 share price went down and shareholders lost money.

Bluejay did multiple placings at 1p and higher 2023, Bluejay stated Greenland and Finland assets and strategics end of 2023, nothing happened and shareholders diluted. Bluejay did another massive placing 2024, killed the share price even more, but now have cash for 6-12 months.

Bluejay had nearly 1 mill expenses a year doing nothing and accomplishing nothing. This has been reduced, yet they still doing nothing so what does it matter? Because BlueJay now say they will either do something with the Greenland or Finland assets or most likely sell them, but nothing is certain and it can take time more then 3 months according to the interview could be 6-12 months.

Now everything rests on Disko a single asset which isn’t even in Bluejays control, they have to wait for partner to state what they want to do with it drill it or not and what date.

Investors could be waiting till late 2025/2026 at this rate. So buying at 0.40s for any new investor is great for a pump or slow ride up waiting for disko news. Apart from this who can trust this company that lies or changes its story every-time? What are they even doing? How can you even invest or average down in a criminal company like this!

Oil stocks and prices are down, so beacon will be down.

Dilution or anything else should not matter when it spikes. If BCE are producing 200bopd+ or more Altogether and we know by middle of Feb what bopd they can produce.

Mid Feb operation should be done 100%, this allows few days extra or a week for any delays. Ongoing clean up will still take several weeks though, we just need RNS on BOPD numbers we can produce.

Everyone here will take their profits short term, so why speak of dilution? Even if your Long you will not care, you will wait 6 months to 1 year to get to 0.50p-1p.

Just to get back to 0.20p thats 2-3 multibagger. We thought at 0.10p-0.15p that 250bopd area would get us 0.20p-0.30p, 500bopd-900bopd much higher. At 0.7p now it will be massive pump on positive news.

I will be buying my last millions this Monday not adding anymore want my average down a bit. Its time for us to get rich or become poor, welcome to AIM.

Just look at HE1 did like 400%-600% in a couple days, we can do the same but depending on bopd it wont just blast off, it will go up and down and reach new share price levels every month while beacon accumulate revenue. And yes placings, unknown debt and cash position all plays apart as well.

This disgusting stock that has ruined many shareholders value and investment, now on twitter even market solutions and the CEO David Burton is constantly re-tweeting Bullish tweets from normal users.

Funny how they did not do this when they interviewed Rob Edwards with the end of 2023 strategics, you would think you would see that back then. Now it is getting pumped daily due to the placement, 1 year cash and further interviews.

Of course we all want it go up, but I dislike this behaviour now when Bluejay screwed investors over so many times.

Most want to get cash back or something back to get out of this crap stock, others waiting for Disco drilling and maybe 5p- 20p in 1-2 years.

Whatever your reason is buying or selling, this so called new management better turn this around. If they have 1 year cash and going to give drilling info, then it best head back to 1p quickly.

If beacon operation goes well e.g 200bopd-900bopd, how can you it stays under 0.15p placing price?

Yes debt and unknown cash position, but after 6-12 months producing 200bopd-900bod, how can you say lucky to ever go above 0.15p? You also have other wells to drill with more potential Oil.

Anything more is very likely if those numbers are met, if total failure or only little extra bopd then yes it will stay down with a big placing until they drill other wells.

So it wont even go to zero, they are technically still producing oil at very low rate.

I am guessing most of the reds today are buys, 40 trades today which is good activity considering its been slow last few weeks.

We know SP wont move much at all until operation ends or near the 10-14 days time.

Looking forward to next week, its been 4 days since 29th Jan operation date. If this also includes weekends, then the 10-14 day time is now 6 days which would be next week, or the week after if 10 days then they should release RNS operational results.

*including the time required to re-install the rod pump and recommence production* I do not think they will just sit on bopd results, install the Rod, wait several weeks while ongoing clean up happens then give a RNS thats a long wait.

I feel like after the operation straight away we will get instant RNS. Because theres no reason for them to hide it or not say it, we know the Rod pump only does up to 250bopd. I am sure they will be wanting to get the news out to the market if positive of course.

Whatever the reason is HMS, I don't bother looking at buys and sells anymore for this stock. The further lower it goes, more shares you can buy cheap and bigger the pump will be.

Remember this is exactly like last time 6-8 months ago, BCE was trading 0.8p-0.10p, after a long time at one point drifted to 0.6p, then back up again, then boom 0.27p when BCE found oil.

Its happening again with the share price, whatever the reason or coincidence, soon as we get RNS operation results its going to fly again if positive bopd 100-900 etc

Whoever sold probably impatient or needed the money, cant blame them with that many shares they held and how BCE always taking time and delays.

Because share price wont move at all until we get closer to 10-14 days, anticipation of results may get a pump back over 0.10p.

Is everyone locked in and brought shares I am confused with the so called near term financing update due within 2 months Q1. Nothing is happening price slowly declining.

There is literally no buying or selling, just small ones, like the share price is barcoded till next big news, also share price talk and chat rooms are dead.

Compared to many other companies with catalysts or debt-loans, something isn't right here. Unless its just not a favourite common stock, CGH has analyst ratings of 50p+ if gold production in 2025 + other assets.

Onaplate, I am going to make this simple for you as you clearly not understanding.

If you buy shares at 0.10p today, it pumps up to 0.16p like last few weeks or goes on a multi bag run to 0.50p-1p, people are taking profits and leaving. Or they rinse and repeat and enter again for another pump.

This is short and long term play till end of Feb extension, which can also be extended again but that will be stated near the time. If diamonds come then its irrelevant because multi-bags.

As i said good trading stock nothing else for now, who's going to bother reading RNS regarding debt, shares or anything else? Tell me what does any of this matter? Unless its going under 0.9p, but people will buy the Dip or start pumping from there even a little.

As you do not hold any stock, don't know why your getting worked up mate, made it simple as possible.

Its back to 6 months lows again actually 7% lower, incredible considering BCE had all these assets, did not start drilling/testing results and was around 0.8p.

Now with 40+bopd + further reserves shown and back to this 0.7p area again. Even if this is all priced in, or what it supposed to be as its not company making revenue of course.

If it get backs to 0.20s-0.30s profits should be taken and leave rest e.g few million or more for the ride for 2024.

The way this stock acts with delays, placings and drilling especially for other wells, it cannot be trusted so I will be taking more profits this time which I didn't last time when it hit 0.27p. Then leaving a good few million waiting for the 1p area.

Of course if bad news/placings then we lost all our money or just heavily down waiting for other wells to be drilled. It should not come this, they seem very confident, i am believing Larry and Beacon this will turn good.

I stated many times this a great stock to trade for the pumps. We all know its a crap stock diluted shareholders to death that does many placings, but it has other assets and revenues and as director stated its not all rested on diamonds.

We know diamonds is a game changer and massive bonus short term. If Vast state they got diamonds or its going to take some time to sell etc, as soon as we get RNS this multi bags to whatever share price.

No one cares what happens after this, placing, debt, admin, further loans. Because everyone will have taken their profits.

Today whatever happens does not matter, share price clearly sticking above 0.10p, could have easily gone below 0.9p especially with any bad news.

If today RNS is so bad with more debt and production levels, then we just seen the drop only 5%-10%. Everyone was expecting this type of interim result.

They cant do another placing under 0.10p, we going into Feb with further updates and still 50/50 on diamonds as no one knows anything except substantial progress stated in RNS if you believe that or not.

For trading, can easily pump up end of this week, or next week. Every time they do placings Vast pumps 10%-60% look at 1 year chart. Can easily pump end of Feb as well, with the last known extension.

Conclusion: Money to be made, high risk-high reward, many things to play for.

10-14 days for operation to be completed, we can get huge pump during this time hopefully back over 0.10p before any news. Thats 25% increase from now which is huge for any new investor wanting to invest or even trade.

Then once results published in 10-14 days or several weeks later once clean up is done, multi bags if 250bopd-900bopd confirmed.

We know ESP will be installed April, we just need production numbers and what available oil they are able to access. Simple as that.

This should be the lowest SP now until end of operation around 11th-12th Feb, good news multibags, bad news goes down with massive placing.

Nothing has changed regarding assets, revenue, production and debt. Big deal debt went up a bit, big deal current production still not where we liked.

Everyone knew these things would happen, not end of the world. Right now we still going through placing shares.

Diamonds are still in progress, substantial progress according to RNS. Debt extension is still end of Feb, so plenty of time + further extension possible according to the interviews.

Nothing has changed, everything to play for, can still pump up and down as well. If the RNS was bad or seen as poor, we would be 0.8-0.5 right now, but still holding 0.10s.

It moved back to the low 0.7 at the end of the day, so no improvement at all.

However when that tweet came out regarding operation during the afternoon it moved near 0.8p instantly now back to low 0.7s. Shows when operation is a success it can multi-bag many times especially from these lows like HE1. Lets not forget the NVP + chances of 250bopd-900bopd. Yes debt/expenses, but we know this operation is funded and unknown cash position.

10-14 day wait, they might RNS around this time, even though clean up can take several weeks.

Depends when they decide to release news. Because the next RNS is major for this company now we know 100% operation has started and its serious, looking at the equipment and video/pictures.

This company either multi bags from here or has a 50% reduction from here with a major placing. All rests on this operation, but I am still believing 0.50p-1p next 6 months if high bopd and ESP installed April.

I did not like that interview overall, now sticking to a single asset now Disko. Even when the interviewer asked some serious questions e.g Buying shares, Rod stated he sold out etc, didn't see eye to eye etc for the reasons. Then brought more now he's in charge, but the way he answered questions regarding Disko was not like super positive.

Damage is already done to anyone above 1p and messed everyone up, the only ones who care and will make any money are there ones who buy now with them being funded for 2024. So of course share price should increase from here.

Disgusting company still, rob Edwards with his lies and shifty eyes. Now we got this Rod guy who looks scared + anyone see how he's moving a-lot like in the interview shaking maybe health related. Unlike Rob Edwards he did not seem shifty or lying , thats the only positive.

Vast next 12 months can be like the next HE1 multibagger, stay the same share price, or just go up and down usual. Downsides are little such as major placing or debt called in instantly.

1) Cash for a few months till next placing or diamonds.

2) Director has shares higher, More holdings lately + warrants above 1p, so there is trust amount 3 major intrests. Major positives.

3) Looking to Breakeven 2024, has good other assets.

4) Andrew said diamonds are real, especially in recent interview so anyone saying its not does not know anything. Unless Andrew is being lied to and zim is lying. No one here knows anything except them and what they know.

5) The extensions keep getting extended, the loaners know things or promised things. So this another major positive.

Conclusion: For now its a great stock to trade whenever it does 10%-100% then repeats short term.

Yes vast constantly do placings but diamonds can come anytime and it multi bags many times like He1. Vast still have other assets + money for a few months.

Strong Buy diamonds or no Diamonds, just for a trade simple as that. Or hold 12 months and reap benefits if diamonds ever come + other assets revenue.
