So these are exact words end of the month? That means we should expect to see RNS this week or next week.

The fact in numerous interviews they are stating undervalued and immediate possible uptick in prices and everyone looking forward financing says how close it is.

Unless it delayed for some reason but they have to be fast for construction start and Q2, Finance is key to progress everything else is in place.

BlueBay RNS dated 14th Dec clearly states:

* The company will undertake industry standard well stimulation in the 4th week of Jan*

Clearly was supposed to start last week according to that statement, this week is 5th week but not a big deal.

The 1 week approx time has turned into 10-14 days again not major issue, clean up will take several weeks not major issue, its all this delaying and share price will go up and down till then which is frustrating everyone.

Share price only went down 10-15 percent, should go back to 0.8p-0.9p again while we wait, so nothing has really changed. Now we have to wait 4-8 weeks at most.

This company that cannot be trusted has taught me few things about mining companies, again cant say they are all the same depends on management and what catalysts/assets they have and what they do.

1) Never invest in a mining company that has money issues with high expenses doing nothing and does many placings and dilutes shareholders to nearly zero depending on how much you invested. This is key for investing in mining companies.

2) Never invest in a mining company that does many interviews not just 1, stating things that will most likely come and they never do. E.g strategics 1 or 2 end of 2023, does not even exist now because focused on Disco 1 asset, complete joke. What happened to all their amazing assets, nothing now apparently.

Hemo and me are Basicly just victims waiting now with major loss with others, cant sell or buy more just waiting for this shambles of a company to give some kind of shareholder value back.

This company with taking its time doing things is really annoying, but nothing has changed. Can still Multibag from here 200bopd-900bopd still possible if operation goes well.

Now Sand Jetting has started instead of 4th week of Jan, its 5th week of Jan. Unless this is what they they meant and just miscommunicated. Or they don't understand how a Calendar works. Delayed does not make sense, they would have RNS it before or it would of been later this week or the following week if it was delayed.

Instead of 1 week its going to take 10-14 days, but they did say approx 1 week, so that will be the excuse for that one.

Then several weeks to clean up and ESP fitted April, basically 1 year since they re-admitted on AIM. But the fact they gave ESP timeline, seem they are very confident now.

Still fully funded but placing may come or may not. Who knows because they have to re-install the rod pump and have no income for 10-14 days, However they saved up nearly 2 months worth of revenue 40-70bopd, so maybe that will be enough till operation and cleanup finished.

Still possible next Friday. Because we don't know what day 4th week they started operation. All we know is 4th week of Jan.

E.g: Last Monday started, 7 days operation, Sunday finished or add 2-3 days extra, then this Monday/Wednesday RNS update. This is what I am hoping for.

E.G: Yesterday Friday started, 7 days operation, next Friday finished. So RNS next Friday or the following Monday possible, but you can also add 2-3 days extra for delay. So could be nearly 2 weeks from now.

However they may want to RNS when clean up is fully completed and when they actually pumping out whatever number good or bad.

This stock is always 50/50 uncertainty and this annoys me to no end, even though oil and reserves is all there not magically gone, all BCE have to do is access it and sell it. We will find out soon now.

Are we suggesting that within 1 year the share price will be £1-£2?

Regarding Morocco, assets, the presentations and NVP? Fully Funded? Further placings?

Can someone here in 1 paragraph state why this is possible for any new investor looking to invest in PRD.

Lets hope news is next week, we all waited too long.

If the 7 days operation is going well, even if ongoing clean up still needs to happen, BCE should RNS a operation update sometime next week.

If its taking longer or delayed we may have to wait a extra week.

We had no rise this week, Either anticipation rise happens next week or does not happen at all.

Investors buying millions of shares if not more, its not even moving the price past 0.10p, clearly its all controlled because we are 40bopd+ or the market is waiting until positive or negative news comes. We are very close now.

Q1 is end of March, they stating in interview's many times by end Q1 regarding positive financing and share price going up by the guy these precise words.

So idk if it comes end of Jan, Feb or March. They seem to be pushing it and stating share price going up in many interviews. But this needs to be completed soon so they can go into gold production targets end of 2024.

If the contractors or beacon energy got it very wrong, or something goes, looks favourable otherwise.

E.g If the reservoir is actually soft as stated and if it responds well to Sand jetting. Thats our success and share price going up catalyst.

Lets see this week, resistance still 0.10p, we always have 5-10% up from 0.8p-0.9p area and repeat etc.

If it breaks 0.10p this week or start of next week, then we should get a nice rise upwards all in anticipation nothing else.

4th week of Jan but no exact date, they could of started Monday, today or even tomorrow. So next week update I am expecting mid week, as long as 7 day operation is not delayed/takes longer.

Yes HMS only bad news I see is delay, its taking longer for operation. However 1 week or shorter for the operation stated by beacon can easily happen. It is 50/50, just got to wait and see.

My timeline/prediction for results or any kind of RNS still by 31st Jan. Expecting a rise in SP this week or end of the week, maybe even start of next week Monday.

Of course after operation good or bad. If hit 100bopd, 300bopd, 500bopd is major win and double/triples share price, no bopd or 50bopd would be failure and tanks SP or SP stays the same with a placing incoming for other wells or more operations.

Just looking at simplywallst, normally this site is reliable and always up to date, According to simplywallst stats:

1) BCE is debt free with $306k cash, $495k equity, total assets $870k.

2)Peter Appel 11th May 2023 brought 11,000,000 shares for £19,164 at 0.0017p. Most notable one on the site.

3) Top shareholders share values: Tulip with 3.7 million, Res Privata with 395.8k, union jack (UJO) who brought at 0.15p placing with £374.1k, Larry Bottomley with £314.9k. Theres more as well but these are the top.

Depending on results in 1-2 weeks will be interesting to see what fair value, future analyst, cash and debt position is.

This is the only stock I have seen recently last few months, where an operation has either began today or sometime this week, share price still stuck same place with results within a week or 2 if everything goes to plan.

Normally at this time you get pump and dump e.g rises to 0.11s,0.12s then back to 0.9s, then good or bad news decides the share price. Some kind of trading volatility.

Or small gradual rises daily to 0.15p placing price, until result day. The stock then either explodes high or tanks and gets destroyed from this price.

So lets see what happens this 4th operation week, like I said gradual rise to 0.15p would be nice.

However at the same time I get a feeling its just going to sit at 0.8p-0.9p till news. 50/50, maybe traders from other stocks will start coming in and buying and thats what will start it.

The only ones winning in this dreadful stock, are the ones who brought placing price or 0.40s holding or day trading.

This interview from management better be good, even though short term probably wont do anything for longs stock at 1p-10p.

2 placings 1p-2p and director buys, promises or statements on strategics end of 2023 and nothing and share price death spiral with management sacked.

Now another placing/fund raise to have money in the bank and screw investors further, further director buys with new management just to show they are with investors again like putting a bait on a fishing line, yet still at a dreadful low price until any major positive news.

So the only positive is new management and director buys. Everything else about this stock is garbage.

I don't care it assets are so undervalued and Market cap is a joke comments, i don't trust this scum company anymore. I will be happy to get out break even if it ever gets above 5p within 12 months how likely is that?

Its just the day traders, if it goes up 5-10 percent they sell and buy again. But many here are long if positive news waiting for 0.20s+ like last time hit 0.27p on drilling and oil found. Others are just waiting for a pump back to 0.15s placing at least.

Still expecting a rise this week, somethings gotta give or the anticipation is not there and will just have to wait for results next week.

If the operation started today and is on schedule for 1 week (7 days), we should get a RNS next Monday 29th Jan or Wednesday 31st Jan. That gives them 10 days in total from today, enough time in my opinion. Unless theres some kind of delay or longer time needed then wait till 2nd week of Feb.

Clearly its going to go up this week in anticipation well I hope so, 2 1.4k buys this morning and it went up 10 percent.

Yet last 1-2 weeks didn't move much at all when there was some high volume buys.

Also looks like we going in blind, no RNS they started operation or will start this week yet, its only Monday. They may RNS after they got results good or bad lets see what happens.

When is the financing supposed to come thats supposed to double or triple the share price e.g 15p-20p. Is it End of this month Jan or next month?

The share price should be much more of course as they stated in interviews very undervalued but still under 6p.

This week we may break past 0.10p in anticipation of the 7 day operation, although I dislike pumps and dumps, we dumped way too low for a month now for no reason except the delay and market/shareholder sentiment.

0.12p-0.14p just under the 0.15p placing price would be nice this week.

Seen too many aim stocks before a operation or news go up, but with BCE its 50/50. It may only just go up once we get results on anything positive or major positive. This seems most likely.

Otherwise bad news and massive reaction goes down. Simple as that, we been waiting for this moment what seems like forever, even those of us waiting since last April.

Nice blue trades Friday end of the week, respectable smaller ones, share price still not moved barely at all, its all just pinned at this price till operation.

Everyone who buys lots of shares or major amounts have done so in last 2 months or accumulated and now just waiting. Everyone else will start buying when we hear any positive news.

Advise Stop losses, unless you already do just encase never know with beacon and AIM market. I would like beacon to state they started operation next week, not needed but sometimes companies do RNS it.

Good afternoon Hepseal, agree with everything you said. Also agree with Roger Jolly, Past interviews they did say higher production means they can go faster with developments and other wells, otherwise will be slower/average time. Cant remember if they gave the bopd numbers though.

Producing 40bopd-70bopd whichever number we are at, we only need 130bopd-160bopd to get over 200bopd. I am hoping this is the minimum, if BCE stay between 200bopd-300bopd at lowest case, this is still very good news and can help fund development of other wells. Share price from these pathetic levels should multi bag once if not more.

Spending 500k on sand jetting operation to try get 100bopd, 300bopd, 500bopd+, a positive outcome should surely be possible? Just as very low/no extra bopd is also possible.

Oil and reserves are all there according to the RNS and Tennyson reports, not magically gone as HMST stated. Getting it out is the big question, 1 week and couple days left to find out.
