At least George constantly does interviews and gives updates. Plant running, sorting some issues out which will be done in hours/days e.g Sunday and Monday George stated. Other minor issues could take more days or a couple weeks or less.

If grade 6 which is most likely, 0.50-0.60p should be reached instantly from the 0.30s or a ride up. Then another pump/ride to 1p depending on what else is stated, the more months producing at grade 6 the more share price should go up.

Yes EGM and placing maybe called next few weeks and maybe not, George stated time costs then financial costs in interview. Even if and when these are announced share price should have bagged 100% at least. So you take your profits.

Then with no specific timelines, let’s say 3 months, 6 months, 12 months unless Prem is sold, with lithium prices going up. 2p-5p could be reached with support from majors with funding further expansion/projects.

Production stage things can go slow/fast, issues can happen etc, no amount of planning can give you perfect results or go the way you want.

He is not the contractor, the builder or anything else. Yes he’s the manager of everything and oversees everything but thats it. Yes he should have hired others instead of being Master of everything.

Even if he got the best people, managed time better, resources or money better. If issues came that were very costly or these good contractors did not do a good job like Stark then we would be in the same position.

Right now plant is running and there are some issues thats all RNS states. Thats better than no plant running, share price would be under 0.20p if that was the case. The longer production RNS and grades does not come, financial issues will continue and be scrutinised.

No one knows what will happen, could be good or bad. Caxmax might support knowing all the information and production so close, might be one last placing, anything can happen.

Either trade prem daily and weekly knowing all of this, and wait for placing if you think it will come. Or long term invest if you believe grades will be 6/7 and maybe prem being sold in the future.

1. If you read my post i stated plant is running and they are producing something. Like whats stated in first couple lines of the RNS. I never said anything about commercial. So why lie or misinterpret?

2. Finances? EGM? Dilution? No one knows. I want everyone to make money and win in this corrupt AIM market that destroys shareholders. If Prem produce grade 6/7 then it needs to get sold or rise to 0.60s-1p+ thats all that matters to all shareholders. If not then heavy dilution, admin, bankrupt whatever else you can think.

I have a neutral and balanced view and have stated many times it can go either way, trade it or hold long term investment if you believe it will all comes good common sense.

Everyone’s annoyed with Prem and no production for 1 year, everyone is annoyed with CEO, everyone wants this sold or rise to 1p+ if grades 6/7.

Anyone with a brain knows issues with production can happen, yes past issues with plant can be taken into consideration and further dilution.

You are creating fear and it seems like you’re buying low and selling every time it pumps up and down, again everyone can do what they want.

Plant is running, things are being produced according to the RNS positives. There are issues, however no mention of sorter issues thats also positive.

If plant was not even running would be bad for shareholders/share price and this point everyone can blame prem, george, stark or even investing in this. However potential is all still there if all goes to plan.

The RNS is both positive and negative.

1) Plant is running (Positive 1 year of waiting)

2) Several issues are affecting both quality and Quantity of production (Negative)

3) Plant contractor needs to remedy issues regarding PH measurement does not cover all components and dosing system is unable to adjust pH to design specifications (Concerning and negative)

4) Plant shown 6.1% Li2O is potentially achievable from current ROM ore (Positive)

At least Prem is producing and plant is ready, just several issues to sort out, if thats going to be another placing, Egm or delay that remains to be seen. At least we are getting constant updates as well.

Short term only traders are winning and making money every time it pumps up and down.

If your long term, if grade 6-7 is produced and over a long time, then 0.60p-1p+ or buyout in 6-12 months is also just as certain to happen. Only production stopping or producing grade 5 or less will destroy or dilute shareholders further.

1. BCE probably producing 100-140bopd now which is still too low. We was producing 40bopd-70bopd sand jetting may have only given 20, 30, 50 extra.

2. BCE have done another placing and diluted shareholders. Also provided financials and some data.

3. BCE have delayed everything till April/May but can still produce 200bopd-900bopd if operation goes well. This is still on target if it happens nothing has changed.

4. BCE still have all that oil and reserves just need access + have 2nd well to drill + have assets.

So the question is even if BCE is producing 100bopd for example right now is 0.4p-0-5p fair value?

Or is 0.9p-0.10p where we was at fair value? So it still has pump potential no?

Then you still got the NVP and share price targets 0.50p-1p+ potential depending if they can get oil out 3rd time lucky.

Many things to play for, just been diluted and messed up. The lack of interviews, management showing their faces and proper communication apart from RNS updates is hurting the view of management and company.

I can understand bad luck or operation not doing so well, but this placing out of nowhere after hours is annoying.

We got a delay RNS that sounded half decent, so why would no news today be bad news? Yes promises or stated 29th day not needed.

But they RNS a minor delay, that could be a couple days or a 1 week added, not end of the world + I am sure Canmax and others know the situation considering production very close. We would have got multiple bad RNS either by now or end of this day.

So wait and see what happens, everyone knows the risks. Are you in Prem for long run? Or you just want a quick trade. Whatever you do thats on you now with all the information out there, do not blame the company.

Just to shorten what i said, could have been worse and bigger placement. Yes more shares and dilution, but another chance at getting oil out and still 2nd well to drill. They are not giving up and why should they? Yes disappointing and annoying for shareholders, its basically another long delay again.

They are trying again with side track operation and all that oil is still there thats a fact. It can still multi bag even more from the lower share price if they can access it. Can still run to 0.27p, 0.50p etc nothing has changed in that regard.

Not going Admin/bankrupt, not yet anyway and not for a long time. They could easily sell all the assets including all the oil clearly there for 0.50p-1p.

A bigger, luckier or better company may actually get it all out and provide shareholders wealth and dividends that this should be giving by now.

Even though everyone here and BCE was expecting 100bopd,300bopd,500bopd, the sand jetting did not completely fail.

The way the RNS is worded sounds like they are producing 100bopd-140bopd now instead of 40-70, which is still too low hence the placing and new side track operation.

Disappointing but I thought if it was going to be bad, it would be worse then this. Could have been a massive placing, could have been no increase of results at all.

I stated the email regarding the rod pump installation just the other day, and they still not replied over a week, now clearly know why.

RNS states *Not a stabilised rate as yet, it is likely that any sustained flow rate from the well would remain materially below the flow rate expected given the excellent reservoir quality encountered*

They are still saying a low possibility it can be good but not likely. Even then we do not know what bopd increase they have got, but clearly not enough.

They say It is below flow rate expected, so that could mean 20bopd, 30bopd, 50bopd,70bopd. While we were expecting 100bopd, 300bopd, 500bopd. Thats what the RNS is telling me, it’s not reading as its failed 100% completely. We could be producing 100bopd-140bopd right now.

Now they are doing another placing and trying again. *Company has taken the decision to undertake a side-track operation of approximately 100 meter length in order to by-pass the damaged reservoir by between 2 and 10 meters*

Oil is all still there as they keep saying, why would they not keep trying? If you’re long term waiting 6 months or 1 year then you can still multibag your investment if they can access this oil 3rd time lucky.

Yes more shares in issue, but when did that stop any AIM stocks even pumping? I can name many Prem, Vast, COPL, Baron oil, RRR so many diluted and placing stocks with potential, lies, bad managements or delays. However they all pump now and then and traders like professional make money.

The only ones who are suffering here or being affected are the ones who brought last few weeks/months. Or all of us who averaged down or waited since last April that did not sell on the 0.27p spike or brought again in large amounts. But long term we can still make lots of money, if it goes well.

I sent a email to beacon IR about if rod was installed and nothing else. Not heard anything and its been 1 week, i mean its not price affecting news its re-installed. Only if they release bopd results and capability of course which they wont.

Waited 7 full weekdays excluding weekends. They had enough time to simply reply, do not know if thats good or bad news. Last 2 emails i sent regarding rod pump was replied quick except one.

But this time its different because they actually gave some sort of time scales, few days to install rod pump, bopd results then several weeks cleanup.

So question is if it was installed 2 weeks ago, last week or this week. Then how long to get stable flow rates? Couple days or a 1 week or just under 2 weeks at most?

So regardless if good or bad news, news should be due anyday now and anytime. If they are holding on to the news, i do not know why. They are waiting for clean up to finish thats the only logical reason for delaying the RNS.

I mean even for a trader, if we go a bit lower 0.7s even they will see a pump opportunity easy 30%-50% to 0.11s like last time, even with no RNS or results.

Price is so low and so good, even a troll cannot give a reason not to buy at this price.

Remember worst case placing and 2nd well to drill and some debt.

Still producing 40bopd-70bopd, all the oil is still there, they can find other solutions if the 500k industry standard sand jetting which was funded somehow does not work. Its not the end, depends what the issue is again.

Best/average case bopd 100,300,500 etc. Even the worst case, even after a placing you get a pump common sense if a company has catalysts or something happening or receive money.

So theres many ways for a trader to make money; never mind long term investment and holding. BCE is at a good point right now to invest long term, short term or even trade. Thats the way you should look at it.

I love buying more now its gone down to high 0.7s, still waiting for end of month salary, so only been buying £50 £100 in batches today.

They did say after few days rod installed, flow rates stable they will tell us bopd results, so any day now.

What pumping exactly? There is also much de-ramping going on here. It’s like people do not want to make money or want prem to do well. Even if this Pumped due to a good informative video, thats a good thing, the higher Prem can rise.

There are many long time holders just happy to see the share price go up give them hope its been over 1 year. If they get out smaller loss, break even or make a profit. Thats all that matters.

There is no insight and nothing to say, do not mention any other company here because each have different situations.

BCE have no bondholders or loans. There is no comparison to be made, if they are still shareholders then thats all they are.

BCE is a new company that owns a whole development field and right now is producing 40bopd-70bopd from 1st well, right now we awaiting results of 100,300,500 or more bopd increase numbers.

This will determine the companies share price short term. They also have a 2nd well that is de-risked and will be drilled, could be from revenues or placing depends on 1st well results.

BCE are funded mostly and have been so far, there is debt but it wont be millions and millions like other diluted, bond or loan companies. BCE debt can easily erased if revenues are good next few months.

Short term investment and trading, if you brought at 0.20s and sold now, or rinse and repeat buying and selling before flow rates. Depending how much you invest you can make good or little profits.

If your long investment and not selling, if you 100% believe flow rates will be good, then buying at 0.20s, 0.30s wont matter because your holding till after results in a few weeks and will take profits. You may even be holding 3 months, 6 months even 1 year, maybe even taking some profits and leaving the rest.

In these 2 scenarios you cannot go wrong and will make money. Simple as that, no need to listen to anybody or read anything.

You either believe in the company and they will succeed. Or trade the company making sure your not in the red and buy and sell accordingly each time.

This company is pure garbage, accomplishing nothing, and are money stealers. So they are funded for a good while, reduced costs and new management so what?

Rob Edwards just left and screwed shareholders, Interviews by new management seemed staged or too honest, basically not revealing anything positive happening short term.

Strategic partners not happening anymore, or maybe in the future. They may sell assets but no timelines given and could take a long time, everything seems to be riding on Disko which is not even in their hands. All maybes and ifs, nothing concrete.

Then you got some guy in the management that got sacked for doing dodgy things, amazing new management just magically found out and took action. This company just loves to screw investors trust and opinion in every single way.

Ashton is the only positive guy left. Everyone else either gone, sold out, or accepting loss and thinking maybe 6-12 months may get something back. The rest are here debating or giving information back and forth, while share price does nothing.

No actual timelines for anything and if we are given a date it will most likely be 6-12 months from now, so share price will just go lower or stagnate at this dreadful price. New investors stay away or just trade this crap company.

Beacon Energy as a company just started, trying to be self sustainable. This is the time when you buy a stock under 0.10p as a long term investment.

They own the whole development field, they don’t need to explore, get JV, get investments, waste money or dilute shareholders. They could even sell everything and we could easily reach 0.50p-1p+.

They did a placing already at 0.15p, funded 500k sand jetting which normally works very well, look youtube or other companies.

Debt shouldn’t be that high unless we been lied to however if the revenues are high, the debt wont even matter. They are not doing anything else, they still got 2nd well to drill which is de-risked now.

We just need the increased 100,300,500 bopd numbers. Hopefully within next 2 weeks we get the RNS.

Many gas/oil or mining companies 1-3 years go up to 1p from under 0.10s, then settle back down to 0.20s,

due to production, money, debt, placing issues. BCE same kind of situation can happen with delays or other problems.

But investors are still in profit in these companies because they brought under 0.10p and held long without selling or averaging up.

If this 1st well produces decent Bopd because the oil is there, the 2nd well does the same you can become very rich next 1-2 years.
