Yes excellent write up and written in plain English.
I meant FFS for bringing up old redundant news
FFS!
Picked up nicely now ...
Yes I think we just need to wait for the dust to settle to see where we are.
I suppose the large trades at 9:10/:11 this morning are governing much of what we see - most of the other trades are small fry noise.
getafgrip: and not forgetting that for those on the breadline so to speak many are reducing power usage significantly cos they can't afford it . Not sure how much difference this makes to demand overall but it plays a role ...
Yes waiting to buy some more !
>>Interesting article on the big companies movement away from the Nigerian scene and their inability to stem losses through in a 'state of near lawlessness'
There are plenty of reasons aired many times on this board why the situation may be significantly different for SLE, just look through Alaric's posts for example. It is not risk free but rewards may be high.
drifting slowly downwards ... so waiting to buy
Yep sam and some broker updates reflecting these facts will be useful, shortly after the suspension is lifted ...

The only thing I get from the recent rise in activity on this board is that at least some think something is going to happen soon.
Yes, getting impatient myself now although in doing so it makes no difference to anything.
QF.
Yes this drop seems massively overdone but of course people are also spooked by Putin, and we have the low free float which always amplifies ... but i guess this may stay low until the price for next fund raise is set and made public.
Nice to breach £100 ...
Hi ps200306
Very interesting post. I agree nuclear is probably going to be the medium term solution for the CO2 issue. And that we will remain dependent on fossil fuel for a long time to come. UK governments may only take the drastic action required when we have major disasters in our own backyard.
Downside to nuclear is the huge amount of toxic waste which is still stored at Windscale (sorry Sellafield) and needs tens of billions spent to deal with properly (deep geological burial?). I also understand that the new generation reactors being pushed by the government create waste with different properties to the older reactors which might have to be dealt with in different ways to the older waste, nobody knows it seems. So no ideal solution as ever ...
>> Why are there some people here who are only intent on running a share down with lies and half truths.
>>And there are some people here who are only intent on ramping a share up with lies and half truths.
>> Both types of people do little damage, except muddy the water for the truthful posters. Which is their aim I guess
It's the same on all BBs, make your own mind up about truth. Filter those you consider liars!
Patience being the operative word!
