Saudi has a pipeline going West. This could easily be blown up if Iran chose and/or the Red Sea made impassable by the Houthis.

I think Iran is being quite measured in it's retaliation, striking the source of any attack. Of course it can destroy all the Gulf states if it chose.

M82 it's up to trump and his backers what happens next. Iran holds pretty much all the cards and can destroy the Gulf states if it chooses. You missed out Israel which has suffered badly. There will never be peace in the region until the Israel issue is resolved. Israel needs to stop murdering and displacing people, something it has been doing since 1947.

Yes indeed. The US will suffer huge losses. The oil etc coming out of the Straits will be further disrupted and likely a 1930s like depression follow. And I suspect recommencement will lead to gulf state ruling families removal and the end of Israel which is well on its way anyway
