Just a thought addicknt, my point has always been we can be defended, we may bring other parties in with standstill agreements that would have to vote with the BOD.
I agree addicknt, that this would be seen as aggressive by BHP and NCM, but a hostile bid by either would be seen agressive by Solgold. This I would say would be part of a defense, however we will all learn more in the Q and A on the 17th.

Agreed Zoros, apart from the last point, we will use share dilution to get us to PEA on Porvenir and others, but then another streaming deal for PFS and DFS, as in Alpala.
NM has said many times, we can run things in parallel.

I agree Miagi, because the resolution is passed, doesn't mean they are issued to one party or indeed all are issued.

Hi newtoit, what happens if we don't get a bid before the AGM, this will continue with every small piece of news we expect, people will say, must be a bid now.
Redknight gave an analogy of a football team being taken other with a diverse book.
His example showed that stages of consolidation took place, along the journey to a take out bid.
This is exactly what a diverse book does. It discourages hostile bids, until consolidation takes place.
So we need to look for evidence of consolidation first. ( none has happened so far ).

Don't think your going to like the answer.
It's to reinforce the diverse book, this is to ward off bids.
More shares can be issued at a moments notice, in order to finance, and dilute BHP and NCM if required.
This is a sensible path to take, to ensure Solgold is the vanguard of it's own destiny.
The diverse book, is one of the defense mechanisms we can invoke along with others.
Remember when new shares are issued, we issue them to the parties that support Solgold taking this to production, and we exclude those bidding for us.
We may even bring some more players into the game, and have another standstill agreement, where the new shareholders have to support the BOD while in standstill.

Disagree Miagi, if he wanted to do this at the equity level, he would have plenty of offers.
He want's to be able to expand the drilling program if he needs to at an agile rate, and so not need more resolutions.
Alpala, will soon be the recipient of the CFP, and as such NM's intentions I believe will leave us in no doubt, the direction the company is taking.

Hi Zoros, my take on this is that we have 40 million allocated for drilling, however they might want to go faster, at various sites and will need to issue stock.
Nothing to do with Alpala, that's more good news to come.

Same old story, share price fluctuations on low volume, sometimes it goes up, sometimes down. We can't even trade 15 million shares a day.

His Redknight, I am sketchy on this, but I think the BFS is something different from the PFS or DFS. I believe a BFS will have to be completed whatever the outcome.
So in this order PEA, PFS, DFS and BFS.
Unsure, so if anyone can confim or correct, that would be appreciated.

Just one point on which I am unsure, I thought that CGP started paying their share of costs for Alpala after the feasibility studies were completed.
Doesn't that mean the BFS, as opposed to the DFS.
Clarification appreciated as I am unsure on this point.

Morning ohwhatanight, may I ask you how CGP, are going to fund their share of the Alpala build. I understand that CGP think they can monetise their share of Alpala, to which Solgold say they cannot. What makes you think that CGP are telling the truth, when CGP shareholders ask the question. They are told to talk to the CEO. They then get no answer. I unlike you, do not own CGP shares. May I request that you ask the question as a shareholder and update us please.

Best way is ring them up tomorrow, and you can tell them over the phone which of the 15 resolutions you want to vote for.
The easiest way is to give your support to all 15, and they do it for you.
I am not with IG, but usually do this on votes with LLoyds.
However this time They sent me a form which I have posted.

RK your football analogy makes my point, it was done by consolidation . No outright bid, until they owned a bigger share.

Earthling I answered the question you asked, I don't understand why you find this so hard to understand.
It's part od a robust defense and makes it harder to bid for, sure if we get a high offer, we cannot defend, as the people who are part of the diverse book sell, so a diverse book defends against low offers.
