Qalibashi, you say no chance in taking this to production, so you think NM is lying.
I take it you also think that we will not raise the money ourselves to bring Alpala to production, if you do, then you think Ingo is lying.
Do you believe that Solgold can become the BHP of Ecuador, if not you think NM and Jason Ward are lying.
May I ask, why you don't believe any of the board, and then get frustrated because they are doing what they said they would do, and not what you want ?

Just for some balance, whatever side of the argument you favour.
We know that Solgold from the beginning, set up in Ecuador, and was successful in acquiring the most mining concessions, and in the best places it would seem.
We know from the word go, that Solgold have worked with the government in order to help make Ecuador a mining nation.
We don't know, but can take an educated guess, that Solgold never said to the government, we are going to prove up resources and flog it for a huge profit, and leave you to deal with companies, you haven't built a relationship with.
We know, because it has been said many times that we will take Alpala to production.
Taking Alpala to production is not just what Solgold want to do, it's what the Ecuadorian government wants as well.
How do you think Ecuador would react if NM just sold out.
Think about it, and before any one says it gets built faster, it doesn't. Both the mining minister and Nick Mather have said, no one can build it faster than Solgold. Ecuador has some of the highest ecological standards in the world, if you don't believe me, visit the Galapogous islands. ( probably spelt that wrong)

Redknight, I don't disagree, as I have read his profile more than once, and it doesn't make sense. He just seems so desperate for a quick return. I know he is in his seventies, so if a successful seasoned investor, would have built up a portfolio to support his lifestyle.
I also know he complains about losing lots of money on shares. No one on this chatroom can give him advice, as any share can go belly up. Even this one. There are other postings he makes, when he says he has been drinking to much, which to say the least are unsavoury. Something is not right here. I do hope he is OK, but he doesn't seem to me to have a plan, if this takes a few years to play out, and to my mind, that's no way to invest.

Schlemiel, may I ask, if before Solgold you have ever invested in any companies shares. Companies do not sell out, just so they give the shareholders a return, when in a growth stage. I will clarify that remark, by saying some give away equity if they need the money. This has huge growth potential, why on earth wouldn't any BOD worth its salt, sell out, and sell out cheap. That would not be in the best interests of shareholders.

Morning addicknt, your correct, I don't know that for sure. However both BHP and NCM, have both said they want a larger holding, so if they don't support NM at this stage, he may well dilute and exclude both, or favour one with a standstill agreement, or bring another party in that supports the current BOD. All will play out on the 17th. Not long to wait.

I understand your point rcgl2, but up to now NM has given us minimum dilution, and promised minimal dilution in the future, so I think we will debt fund this in one form or another.
However hopefully we get a meaning update on the 17th.

Hi BNC, I think you will find that Ingo, referred to just Offtake agreements and debt, in his last webinar.
From memory, he didn't specify if the debt portion was loans, or the issuing of bonds, or a mixture of both.

I think you will find that was just after the PEA, and before Ingo laid out the preference for the funding of Alpala, which consisted of Offtake and debt.

Richy we don't require share dilution to build Alpala.

Agreed Mathersfinger, but we must remember that NCM, BHP and CGP are not on the same side as some have suggested, these guys will not vote with each other.

Schlemiel that's fine, as many on here believe we will get a bid.
But who do you believe is in charge, Solgold or CGP.

Schlemiel, you are overthinking this.
The point is NM want's a flexible fast approach, this is normal.
If we get drilling results at any of new sites, which are exceptional, I dare say he will want to speed up the drilling program. Good news should help the share price, and we can raise at a higher price. ( no need for another EGM )
In the meantime, if we get a bid and it's lowball, then used as defense, along with others measures.
But if you keep in mind what NM is telling us, and how we are proceeding, then it all makes sense.

Hi BNC, depends on the price of an issue, as after PFS who knows we may get a raise at a higher price. Means we defend, make the book even more diverse than it is, and we get the money for a drilling campaign.

We have had every conspiracy theory on here, saying that he has to say this, as he has no intention in going to production.
I should think any one who wants to bid, will have two thoughts in mind, as NM has not been a shrinking violet.

Hi BNC, I think the only sitting duck at the moment is CGP.
However you raise an interesting point, as I don't know the share distribution of DGR's book.

Agreed Frog, that's what I said, he want's the option.

Who knows Skull, my thoughts are it would be nice to announce something, The PFS would be nice, but looking unlikely we will get it this year.
