My point Scrat, is lets say NM is not reselected, then another BOD member steps in, in a interim basis, and continues to production and defends this company against a takeover, as whoever runs Solgold, has to act in shareholders best interests.
So if NM went, we still get no bids, as the nature of Solgolds assets, dictates what happens.
NM will be reelected and by some considerable margin.

Hello Iseo395, I have voted by Lloyds bank share dealing through my ISA.
I phoned them, they gave me two options.
You can have a form sent to you, and time to consider and send the form off ( I took this option )
Or you can go through each option on the phone and they can take your instructions over the phone.

OK postman just arrived I have a letter, its from Solgold, however on closer examination, at the end of the letter, it tells me to contact my broker at Halifax share dealing.
Not only is Halifax not my broker, it never has been at any time.

PS: The letter makes it very clear, we are continuing the raising of capital for taking Alpala to production.

Also has anyone who has received a phone call or letter emailed Solgold to check on it's veracity.

If you believe GGP has future growth and more than Solgold, then the solution is easy.
Sell Solgold and buy GGP.
However that wouldn't be my call.
I know age is against you, have you read the book called Enough by Paul Armson.
It's an easy read and points out some investing truths, that are really never discussed.
Basically the message is, we are all going to die, and whereas people who are afraid of having too much money in old age, quiet often you have more than enough, and instead of investing start spending and enjoy the rest of your life.

He won't sell out, he will just increase his average price, and when we get a lift in the price, will sell and try to get in at a lower price, he won't see this to production, as he needs the money.

Hi Copperpot, with his investment knowledge, I am not sure he could afford a pint, he is so desperate to sell this share and get a return, that I feel he needs the money.
He just doesn't strike me as a relaxed investor who has built a portfolio over the years, and so panics every time he hears something he doesn't want to hear or understand.

Sorry Miagi, I don't know what you mean, Earthling is my best buddie, I await his golden pearls of wisdom every day, as indeed it makes my day.
I find him so knowledgeable, and learn so much from him on a daily basis, the only reason I filtered him, is for my personal health, as if I even tried to absorb even 1% of the detailed knowledge he imparts, my head would explode.
