Jason Ward made a comment on the 1st Oct, that it would be out in 3 weeks.
In hindsight, that was silly.
We understand the reason for the delay, but don't be surprised if this slips again.
He just couldn't announce it, because until you know how long it will take to produce, you cannot set a date.
I personally hope, that he has put in a contingent in his timeframe,

People complain about traders, but every successful share gets traded.
I suspect the AGM won't offer any fireworks, as I believe news will be in the RNS trail, not the AGM.

Zoros, that was always going to be the case, we need the DFS for the funding, doesn't mean we won't understand what the CFP will be before hand, just it won't be signed off.
A bit like Franco Nevada's offtake agreement.

We have no volume, are you saying that MM's are refusing to trade Solgold shares.
That would not happen, so what makes you think this is being manipulated.

I suspect the reason we have no volume, is the traders have either taken a position or sold down their holdings, waiting for the outcome of the AGM. ( hence less traded )
But in all honesty, I am only guessing.

Richy for a company to enjoy a decent trade position, the closer you are to 0.5% - 0.75% traded per day, gives you some decent volume.
0.1% traded on one day is nothing, so not manipulation, just no volume.

Sorry ohwhatanight, your post makes no sense, you say CGP is a partner, but they have been the aggressor, let's remember that they called an EGM to remove NM and the BOD, because they want to sell it cheap.
They are not behaving in the best interests of their shareholders, quite the converse.
CGP are not acting like a responsible partner, and announcing how they are going to fund the build at Alpala, and they are running out of time.

Hi Guys, if you remember Aguinaga and other sites were put on hold while we got Alpala to PEA, as all monies were concentrated on the Alpala effort.
Now Alpala is separately financed, we can progress the other tenements in parallel.

Hello Jerry with a PEA valuing Alpala at 3.3 billion pounds, and a market cap of less than a billion, nobody is saying that this is bid territory, in fact it may be low because as you say, Solgold has said they are taking this to production.
If someone thought a bid was on the cards, people would be piling in and the share price would rise.
So to those people that say, we are getting a bid, the share price says different.
But you are right, we need a PFS and a CFP, and that will I believe have a positive effect on the share price.

Schlemiel if you only want a pound a share, I think you will get it before 5 years, this doesn't have to go to production to achieve a pound in my opinion.
But the question is, once you get one pound, I suspect you will hold, like so many of us will, because the value in Solgold will be so much greater, if all goes to plan.
It's like any investment, it has an upside and a downside.

I would like to add a further thought on costs.
If we sell Alpala, there are increased costs for our other projects in the Alpala region.
We are doing shared infrastructure for other projects in the Alpala region, so Alpala is the most expensive to build in that region, and for the other projects in the region, costs are dramatically reduced, due to shared infrastructure.
Why would Solgold sell Alpala, as if we do, it makes our other projects far more expensive. ( not to mention the tax issues )

rcgl2 you do indeed outline the risks accurately, however as smickster says, we hire the right people and teams.
You and I would never build crossrail or design it.
Ask yourself, who is doing the HLD and LLD for the PEA, these will be the experts you talk of.
Many civil engineering projects have had significant overspend, however this is caveated heavily by our payback of under 4 years at PEA.
Who knows at PFS this may be reduced further. ( good chance it will even with HLD and LLD changes as in recent RNS )
So expect cost overrun, but really doesn't matter, if some of the gold predictions are even half correct.

Agreed Redknight, BHP are concentrating on improving output of commodities in demand, and will increase Nickel and Copper by M&A if at the right price.
I have always said that I don't see a takeout bid for Solgold, as BHP want it cheap, and NM wants fair value, I think your last post demonstrates why BHP will not go hostile, so if BHP do bid, it will be a negotiated bid.
I would be surprised if anyone goes hostile on Solgold, as we will defend and make any bid higher than anyone wants to pay.

Iceberg I believe disagrees with a lot of what I say, but enjoy reading his and your posts, as very informative, and you both verbalise your arguments better than I do..
I agree about the repeating of positions, however this sometimes needs to be done, to stop arguments built on straw men.
We are in silly season at the moment, as every time we are expecting a bit of news, we get the argument that this is evidence for a bid, as opposed to this is a natural progression for a company going to production.
