Sorry Scrat missed your posts, as lots of people posting.
I agree with your assessment on the build.
I do however disagree that we need a JV.
NM some time ago explained his position on JV's, and I agree with him.
If we needed the money, and we could not finance this ourselves, then a farm in, JV, or giving up a massive amount of the company through dilution would be the way.
And at a time, when we were not even sure we could fund this to PEA, then I could see a JV as a real possibility.
I don't believe that is the case today.
I believe Ingo will get us a CFP.
I believe the high level and low level designs or their equivalent will be completed, and then it's a civil engineering project.
If you listen to Steve Garwin, we are gaining a lot more information from the drilling, than just where the gold and copper is.
We are defining the system, and thus that guides us in the design and build.
However you are correct and every project of this size will hit problems, but the project management, with the engineering teams, will overcome and complete the construction.
Just the nature of such projects, regardless of who builds them.
