addicknt, I accept you know this stuff, but I have seen this done many years ago, I cannot name the two companies involved. ( I never invested in the end, as didn't understand the situation )
But you yourself said earlier today that this was to circumvent rule 21.
You know more on this subject than I do, and I also believe you know more than most on this chatroom.
Could I ask you to explain, what you had in mind, when you said rule 21 could be circumvented, as I know I would like to understand this further, as I believe most here would also benefit from your knowledge.

Afternoon addicknt, just noticing the slight shift in your opinion, which if I am right was Solgold cannot be defended, and BHP could take us out anytime they wanted.
Now, it has shifted to we could circumvent rule 21, which you told me couldn't be done, and using the way I suggested.
Also shifting to this could be defended.
Another year, and we may make a convert out of you, and see that production is the most likely outcome.

However that is the worst bacon bap ever, he managed to burn every rasher of bacon, and although I know some people like crispy bacon, these rashers were just burnt.

OK emergency is over, so now will deliver another update.
Sorry for the delay in obtaining the bacon, there was a further delay and got some freshly made hot rolls from the baker 4 doors away. As I felt this was a better outcome, than my leftover sourdough bread.
So everything is back on track, and emergency is over, so onwards with production of not one, but two tasty bacon rolls.

The bacon replies are good chaps, well done, right off to my local butcher, who only sells local and UK produce. As it tastes great and has less food miles.
Bacon is cured on site.

Now does this mean that the bacon sandwich planning has been a disaster, and I am so incompetent that I should never ever be trusted to plan a bacon sandwich again. Or is it an oversight, and once I go out in a minute, and buy some more bacon, that everything is back on track. No doubt their will be people on this sight who will say it was a conspiracy, and that running out of bacon was a cunning ploy, and they will all have theories about why I run out of bacon on purpose. But I am posting this to tell you, it really wasn't and I left it off the shopping list. However most on this chatroom will never believe me. Oh well, what else can I say. You get my point I hope.

Good morning Redknight, how about CGP knew and Solgold knew, also probably BHP and NCM. Maybe when they knew, they thought no need to update the market, we can sort this out in a week or two. I suspect that the redesign has meant this has taken longer than they first thought. Don't be surprised to see the new deadline drift even further. These things happen, you know that, as well as I do. This share was never going to be a quick return.

Good morning Montecristo, it is possible when Jason Ward made the three week promise on 1st October, that was the deadline. Remember it was technical information holding this up. I would guess that when the technical information was updated and they did an end to end assessment, that this facilitated the changes they are making. Of course this is a guess, but looking at what has been said, I think a reasonable guess.

Morning Novice, I suspect he didn't want to announce this, guessing this was the one issue, which was filling up Solgolds mailbox.

This is a technical document, as much as anything. Therefore as it progresses and things change, then technical assessments from end to end will be done. I suspect that during these assessments, different ways of doing things have been identified, and are being modelled. This stuff takes time. It's good to see they are ironing out as many of the bugs at the design stage. No doubt, we will encounter more delays during the build, but that's why projects of this size have engineering teams. Onwards we go.

Morning Ice, I suspect they didn't know the timelines to the PFS, and so have delayed giving us an update. Hopefully they have given us, a reasonable timeframe, but don't be surprised if this drifts further.

Exactly Copperpot, we get the update we have been asking for it's a straight forward statement, but already people are saying things like it's evidence of a bid. Just stop and think, if a bid was brewing, the PFS would want to be out sooner. The delay is for the reasons stated. Pure and simple, nothing else.

Hello Redknight, 2-3 weeks was said by Jason Ward, however it only becomes a lie, if no PFS is delivered, we had many dates on the PEA, but was eventually delivered.
All your statements are about delays.
As for the reasons, none of us know.
I don't buy into the conspiracy theories as others do on here.
We will get the PFS and the CFP, then nothing can stop us, on the journey to become one of the largest mining companies in the world. Imagine if you owned over a million shares in BHP today, because you brought them cheap.
