Yes I am saying that Redknight, in fact when big companies are distressed the actuaries are the people the companies pull in to get the most cash out of a business, as you will know that investment bankers look to the actuaries for the assessment, and what can be rescued and what can't, how the company can be sold off to get the most value out of it's component parts, and so much more.

If we are allowed to create issues at a moments notice, we can pick a time, when regional drilling results are good, where news released has a positive outcome on the share ( the PFS, DFS and CFP )
In other words, when the share price is at such a level we can dictate the terms for the raising of capital.

I think the dilution will make next years AGM easier, as it depends who we bring in.

Why they wouldn't put out a RNS like this.

All companies ask their Pi's to vote with the board, of course they haven't received any indication how anyone is going to vote, they will know when the votes are in.
This RNS just says to PI's vote, as you and I both know PI's don't bother to vote.
He is doing what any CEO would do.
I trust you will will also vote with NM.

I personally want a statement not so much on a date, but why the delay, and Covid is not an excuse, as we knew about Covid when Jason Ward made the announcement.
So I think you are correct that the delay in PFS is holding the price back, as the delay is the PFS isn't exactly helping the fund raise for the construction of Alpala either. Personally I think some difficult questions will be asked at AGM.

I think if NCM was going to bid, they would vote against, however I believe that they see their investment as a long term play, and would like to acquire more of Solgold.
If they vote against, and we see BHP make a successful bid, then NCM's chances of acquiring more of Solgold are over, it's in NCM's interest to support these measures at this point in time.

Contact II, tell them you want to vote, they can do this over the phone if you have a list of resolutions and you know what you want to vote on. Or they send you a letter ( I have taken this path ) then you read the resolutions, either send it off, or ring up II and they submit your votes on your behalf. ( I am sending the letter )

I think everything will pass except the pay rises, as don't see NCM and BHP voting for the pay rises, and doubt most PI's will.

Agreed Ned, they get their pay rises when they meet self imposed deadlines. I did the same.
