RE: Pre-emption Rights23 Nov 2020 10:19
Thank you rcgl2, I checked this morning, and you are correct, we are registered In the UK, so we follow UK governance. I incorrectly assumed we could do this, as we had a duel listing on TSX. Yes I saw last year's resolutions, as I was curious about what the major differences were. I do understand your post about 11a, however I think this is now embedded in our defence of the company. I didn't mention 11b, as I believe this can be interpreted in many ways. I think that the company wants the flexibility to drill like mad everywhere, without gaining shareholder consent, everytime they require finance. Bhp and Newcrest voted for the resolutions last year. Some may argue that Bhp had to vote with the BOD , as they were in standstill, however that misses the point entirely. I think all resolutions will be passed, and with the PFS, we will be underpinned at above 40 pence.
All the best.
