This is around 2 month old, I had seen bits of it before, but Scott couldn't be clearer.

The reason the share price dropped over the past two years, was because there was some speculation that someone would buy us.

This didn't happen.

We are going to raise the finance to go to production, No dilution, No issuing new shares.

We will acquire a JV partner or investors.

Those are the options or option.

We will de-risk through financing, acquiring all licenses over next two years and starting construction.
