You've listed lots of things PG could have done better. I agree with some of them. but you havent explained how it would be quicker to remove PG than actually do some drilling and testing.

I fear you are displaying some degree of naivety if you honestly believe conducting business in N Africa is akin to doing business in the city of London. That maybe one of the reasons PG has encountered such delays. Applying pure western business values probably isnt the right strategy here.

We'll just have to agree to disagree again....

I'm still long on this and am far from blinded by my faith in PG.

But, genuine question, exactly how does removing PG speed things up? To my mind it will simply introduce much more delay. How long would it take to replace him? Months? Years? There are no apparent heirs and he will still be a major shareholder/influencer. How long will it take the new person to get up to speed with all the stakeholders and their particular requirements? Morocco strikes me as a place where relationships need to be carefully cultivated over a long time to bear any fruit. So this would not be easy for a new player.

It strikes me as wishful thinking that is actually counter productive to the overall objectives. Drilling MOU5 neednt take that long. So it's safer to stick rather than twist here.

We are aligned that demonstrable progress is needed soon. But we'll just have to agree to disagree on your conditions and expectations re removal of PG.

I have had plenty of experience delivering high cost infrastructure projects but not in Africa and not in the o&g space. I can see the reasons given for delays up to now being in the most part understandable and forgivable. I guess people with your experience and from the city are less than forgiving. I also suspect there is a lot going behind the scenes politically and positionally to enable substantive progress to finally be made. Working in Morocco probably requires things to be handled in particular ways, which we don't know about and probably will never know about.

Right now in my mind the maximum reward will only come with success at MOU5. So this needs to happen sooner rather than later. All the other leads are there to reduce future dilution risks in my view.

PG is keeping everything close to his chest. Good. I would do the same if I was him. The SP has stabilized, so he doesn't need to play any cards yet.

But he does need to demonstrate some progress in execution to change momentum in sentiment around jan 23rd.

The risk/reward here is still absurd.

I dont necessarily agree with around half the points you raise but I can totally understand where you are coming from.

For example, I suspect your timescales maybe less forgiving than mine as this end game plays out. But I also wish you well regardless.

You strike me as a reasonably straightforward kind of contributor and command respect from me for that.

However I do disagree somewhat on your view of GRHs track record. Nobody gets it right 100% of the time, but he only needs to be right once when it comes to PRD. As opposed to all the traders, shorters and spread betters who need to be more right than wrong many times per day/week. It's a completely different time horizon for the LTHs.

When I assessed my position here, I looked long and hard at what the end game was and how it could play out. I'm in because the risk/reward still works for me for my position size and we still have some way to go before a few holes get drilled into MOU5. Only then will we really truly know if the reward was worth the risk taken.

As for my track record, I've done ok in this game over the last 10+ years. Bought a load of duffers in that time but also had a few multibags that transformed my portfolio which have given me much fun.

I can see the potential is still here like I did when I watched BOO go from 35p to £6+ and GGP go from 0.95p to 30p+ and a few others. Ironically both those have retraced massively since those highs, but they're stories for another day. The risks are still large here and it certainly is not for widows and orphans but the potential is still also huge no matter what some disingenuous people would have you believe on this board.

The next 3 to 6 months could be transformative.

I'm really only here for Morocco. But TT and Ireland do have merits.

For TT, if they can eventually realise an annual profit of c£10m, you can stick a PER on that of say 6 and get an indicative SP of 9.8p. Not to be sniffed at if you ask me. While that builds up, it will throw in some useful cash to invest in TT or Morocco.

For corrib, I'd be delighted with something around 20p. Juicy profit and free ride for me. It would also be the company maker by reducing future dilution risk to near zero. Theres also mag mell which has far higher prospective value but I foresee stiff competition emerging for that slice of the cake from other players if the green light is given.

Morocco is the big one for me. Drill a few holes into MOU5 and see where we are then. Plenty of ups and downs to come before we get there, for sure. The CNG project is far from dead in my view too.

I appreciate that there is a chance that PRD may wish to retain equity in any farm out. But, personally, I cant see that happening. They need cash for Morocco, TT and any other plans they have up their sleeves. I think the wise move is to take whatever cash they can get and walk away from CS. Besides, that could be worth £millions to PG personally. Why saddle yourself with development risk where you dont need to? It also gives you the security to pursue all other objectives with near zero risk of further dilution.

But I guess you could be correct if any offer is high enough to allow PRD to progress all its other interests and still hold some risk in CS.

Let's see how the irish GE goes and take it from there......

Surprised no one has answered your call. Im not technical in this matter but I understand that TT oil is very heavy, viscous and sticky. The principal benefit of wax treatment is to aid the flow. I'm pretty sure I read something on here that the flow could increase by a factor of 3. Might be worth checking out recent post history of the very excellent billyrayval who might have covered it.
