this is the flip side of the same coin for me.

Once HAV is at steady state, I'll think about slicing. But as element says, much depends on macro and gold price trend. If all things are bullish for gold then, I'll stay indefinitely.

I respectfully disagree. It isnt pointless at all. It's good to understand people's context, journey and mindset. Everybody has different needs.

Mine was june 2018. Just after the EG debacle. Dipped my toe in then. Bought loads in 2s and 6s on way up. Then bought more in low 20s on the way down. Was so battered and bruised by 12 months ago I couldn't bring myself to buy any more. Until recently that is. Bought some more at 405 and 512. Never sold a single share. Dont intend to until £20+ unless gold price crashes. Then I'll reevaluate.

What a journey for us all!!

I was simply stating what I would expect them to do. Divvies could come v quickly if they do not see value in buying other assets to grow the company.

For a laugh, I plugged $10k asd into my spreadsheet and assumed both tel and hav are at max output. I'm not going to publish the possible SP here at a PER of 30. It's not that funny anymore and is actually quite frightening.

I guess if we ever get $10k asd gold, then the world could be equally scary too!

What could waymo or tesla or uber or whoever pay for control of that slice? Literally any bonkers number you like. If say it was $5bn US, then that is c67p/sh. Could be higher or lower than this I guess.

Divvies are 3-5 years away at least, I expect. HAV needs to reach steady state and they'll be making c£1bn/yr profits then provided gold prices hold. They'll then seek to add assets with the excess cash. If costs to buy assets are prohibitive due to sector going on a long bull run, then I suspect they'll consider divvies.

£500m payouts equate to c75p/share. That will be the eventual ballpark IMHO.

£10/sh cash offer looks really good on first glance given where we were only a short time ago (50p in old money). Been here since sub 1p days in 2018 btw.

BUT I would urge those of you who havent yet, to play with the numbers once HAV comes on line. Profits likely to double. Then look at PERs reflecting the sector more generally. And finally play around with possible further upside in gold spot price.

When you factor in those variables, £10/sh doesn't look that amazing. True value is potentially way north of that.

Been here for far too long and this has been in my bottom drawer until recently. For once, I made a well timed top up in mid Nov at 3.9p lol. This RNS might well have hit a sweet spot with the broad populace of tech focused investors in a way our other offerings haven't to date.

Hope this is the early stage of a sustained SP rise back to the old days. 2026 has started in a very promising way.

Just to build on his Morocco observations....mou6 is targeting 425bcf. At £2m per bcf, then that is an NPV10 at c£650m.

In addition, the shale potential can at least double that.

That means we could be looking at £2+ SP in a success case. However, risks still apply and any serious buyer will want a return that warrants the risk taken. So I can see PRD 'only' getting 15-25%. Hence, I believe we could see 30p to 50p, which would be a great start for 2026!

No, I never said 13p was ok. You made the 13p calculation. All I did was point out energean paid c$100m up front. In my humble opinion, PRD may be able to get more. $3m cost per drill....$7m for 3d seismic ...rough guesses but hugely more favourable than CHARs up front costs. Better NPV, better up front terms possible.
