oh dear! I can see why you support the football team you do. All financials are down today with the FTSE100 down sharply. You just got lucky. If the FTSE100 had been up 100 points this morning LGEN would be up too.

err, perhaps you haven't noticed but the FTSE is down 100 points?

MU31 have you looks at past charts? This time last year the sp was 178p on the payment date and over the next two weeks rose to 200p. Am I relying on a repeat? No, but past history doesn't support your theory.

Seems that Shadowfall has begun to buy back. Not sure they have told their paid derampers yet. Their short has reduced from0.8% to 0.64% as of the 14th. Recent sp action suggests it is getting smaller all the time. I was hoping to buy more on Monday cheaper than the current price :-(

Yep, that post left me scratching my head too - complete gibberish. I note the sp has risen again since his latest deramp, hahaha

err, the sp normally retraces after ex-divi date. When the payment is made the sp is likely to rise as buys are made reinvesting the divi.

AGM on the 22nd. No doubt Concerned holder et al will be there so that the BOD can answer any queries they might have - face to face (or via zoom!). Meanwhile in the real world the sp keeps rising. Perhaps the shorts are being closed?

Great opportunity to get in here for a 6% dividend and make the most of the recent weakness. I shall be doing that on Monday when the necessary funds arrive in my account.

I hope this stays at these low levels until my L&G divi is paid on the 20th. All proceeds will be coming here.

Funny how this clown turns up just as a short is placed. Either a paid deramper or involved in the short. Bottom line is CSH will continue to collect the rent and profits will be unaffected and the divi now stands at 6% - luvly jubly

Another very solid update from CSH. I bought at 104p and very happy to be banking a 5% divi with very little risked attached.

390p seems a fair enough target to me based on LGEN's current performance.

Agreed, these should be well over £3 a pop - great investment in my opinion.

Let's see where we are in a few weeks time. Nice steady gains will do me to add to the excellent divi.
