Perhaps Mark wants to look at some of the Cacao core samples before they go off to the lab?

Probably delayed buys going through. The sp rose at the close so they are unlikely to be sells. A bull run could be on as the full potential of Cacao becomes more and more apparent.

Good point. I am sure it could be a game changer in that it could finally be the catalyst for a takeover.

Still rising, back over $1850. Can CNR continue to increase in value this week? I'm getting quite excited about the potential of the Cacao vein which could massively increase the resource here.

No doubt in my mind that Cacao could be a game changer. Very similar/identical to the La India vein but much longer and also unlike La India it hasn't already been partially mined. Fantastic potential. Perhaps Mark is still intent on selling and believes Cacao will be the cream that gets the cat!!

The 5,000m drilling program on the Cacao vein is aimed at demonstrating a 500,000 oz gold potential at Cacao, which currently hosts a small Inferred Mineral Resource of 662 Kt at 2.8 g/t gold for 60,000 oz gold over a 500m strike length Cacao, but is open at depth and along strike in both directions. The drill programme is designed to test to depth and along a 3,000m strike length and approximately half the drilling has been completed. The vein width is comparable to the best intersections at La India and the hanging wall of the vein is increasingly stockworked, as at La India."

This looks highly promising and if we are looking at a vein 200m+ deep, 3000m long and 10m wide at the current 2.8g/t average then we will get over 1 million oz.

If they are hitting the Cacao vein with every drill hole 100m along strike that is tremendous news. It will be fascinating to find out the grades and widths in due course.

(Sharecast News) - Real estate investment trust Civitas Social Housing said on Tuesday that it had delivered a "strong financial and operational performance" in the year ended 31 March, in line with expectations.
Annual rent roll increased from £48.4m to £50.4m and Civitas said 99% of rents due and payable for the full year had been received across its 619 properties, with the remaining balance expected shortly.

IFRS net asset value per share also increased, up from 107.87p to 108.3p, as Civitas noted rents were received as expected with no Covid-19 impact.

The FTSE 250-listed business declared a 1.35p quarterly dividend and highlighted that it now plans to target a full-year dividend of 5.55p per ordinary share - an increase of 2.8% to the prior year.

Chief executive Paul Bridge said: "This strong performance reflects the high level of structural demand for good quality homes for vulnerable people, and our expertise in providing this service. In addition, we are enthused about the work we are undertaking to enhance the environmental performance of our properties, and also about our further diversification into specialist homelessness services. We continue to see further opportunities to enhance shareholder returns and to create a beneficial impact for society as a whole through our activities."

Another excellent update. Confirmation of a 5.4% divi and the target of raising it each year in line with inflation. Very safe and secure divi here - which beats having your money in the bank hands down.

Agreed. Worth remembering that the company is confident of growing the divi between 3% and 6% each year for the next six years.

Yeah. £1 is easily attainable as the economy recovers in the next few months.

Results must be due soon as drilling started at the end of February - they need to be decent.
