Last time I looked Auckland and the regulator had agreed to work together to ensure best practice.

Hahaha, a post with no message just confirms that the shorters are out of ammo! In reality this is a strong buy. The NAV is 108p, the dividend is 6%, rents are still rolling in, the company continues to perform robustly as expected and CSH have confirmed that the 2022 divi will be paid as planned. ROBUST = STRONG BUY

Good to see the rise here today. Seems increasingly obvious that the shorters have fired all of their bullets and that they are making no further headway. They will have to close their positions soon and buy back the shares they have sold and when that happens the sp will fly. Strong buy now IMO

Hopefully when the resource upgrade is announced more years will have been added than than the time taken to do the drilling. It is very important for HUM to extend the life of mine rather than it just staying roughly where it was a year ago. Fingers crossed.
